GOING HERE WAS SURELY AN EXPERIENCE! We were only allowed to go to the bathroom twice. If you decide to go here...actually DON'T! There were kids flying over the seats on the buses. Kids would rip out pieces of the seats. These kids have absolutely no self control and the adults are not able to take care of. And believe me when I tell you that fourth graders had to have nap time. And I don't even want to mention that's some kid pooped in the urinal and no adult was there to clean it up. And the toys... they would crumble in your hands. This place is so bad I watch as a girl ran out of the room and literally was holding onto a pole for her life. I literally wanted to cheer for her. Overall, this place is miserable I would recommend my quest.

I went her when I was a infant to when it was in fourth grade and I can say I’ve had a lot of memory’s here we watched movies on Friday but they didn’t let we watch jack the cuckoo clock but it was still fun. The staff members yelled at us and then we gotta sit in timeout and go up to the front office, but I was friends with the manager, so it was all fine. One time I peed my pants on the chair swing because they didn’t let me use the restroom when I was outside playing recess that was an experience. I had to tell my mom that I peed my pants. All I gotta say is you just gotta do the Superman on the bus then you have a good time but then you’ll be sweating cause there’s no AC on the bus. and when you needed to get inside, people weren’t working at the front desk to let you in so you would be stuck outside for about five minutes. They pick the worst staff members to work there they will constantly yell at your kids and send them to timeout. yeah, fourth graders have to have nap time and when we woke up, we had to listen to Steven universe who the heck even watches that show nobody. The games are totally trashed. They were literally breaking and falling apart. go to my quest Academy it’s way better and it’s way higher security. If you want to come…..well don’t because see for your self.

We recently switched from The Learning Experience to KLLC.
What a difference!
The vibe from when you walk in the door is a complete 360 from what we were used to. You are greeted properly and actually talked to by the front office staff.
We are notified timely of events that are going on in the center and given a calendar that the center actually follows for the enter month.
The owner is highly involved and you see him daily in the afternoons!
If you are looking for a safe and trustworthy childcare facility for your child, definitely come here and speak to them and take a tour!

Because of staffing issues, my 8 week old was subjected to an unsafe environment. Our infant class had to be combined with larger kids. My infant was violently rocked (in a rocker) by a larger kid while the 1 staff member in the room (with 7 kids) was on their phone. Later in the day, he was pulled closer to a teacher in the same rocker where she watched him being rocked harshly (again) by a larger student. This could have led to shaken baby syndrome, the rocker flipping over and multiple other dangerous scenarios. Concerns were raised with the front office and his teachers. It was suggested to us to “just not bring him the next day.” Both my husband and I have full time jobs & we were still expected to pay the full weekly rate even though our son wasn’t guaranteed a safe environment. As their “solution” the next day, they placed my son in the rocker inside of the crib…another unsafe scenario where he was completely ignored. We immediately picked him up & unenrolled him.

We love KLLC!! The facility is great and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend if you need a place for your kiddos. Love having the ability to look at the classroom camera during the day in case I’m missing my baby.

Kids' laughing and learning center is the second home for my 18-mo old. He started attending when he was 14-mo old, Ms. Jen and Ms. Nicole are the most loving and caring teachers one can ever ask for. I love to check on what he is doing during the day through watchmegrow camera. And seeing him having fun and being well taken care of, helps me stay calm and focused on my work.

I couldn’t thank KLLC enough for all the wonderful memories! My daughter has gone here since she was 3 and she has loved every single teacher she has had. The ladies who work here are amazing people and I couldn’t be anymore prouder to work with such loving caring woman. All the front desk people are so kind and caring they make sure all kiddos are well taken care of. Over all I love my experience here at KLLC ?

All three of my boys are enrolled at KLLC and they are so happy! I check in on the live cameras often and I always see my baby being loved on, played with and snuggled, as well as my toddlers playing, learning, or being patted on the back during nap time. I truly feel like the staff loves my children and its such a relief to drop them off and know that they will be so well cared for. I have to drag my kids out of there every afternoon because they don't want to leave! I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.
