Worst customer service ever. This last experience is my last straw. Their name brand Kobalt battery mower stopped working after 2 years. They boast a 5 year warranty and sell an additional 3 year warranty. All of which need to be claimed by automated calls or websites. I needed them to pull the receipt, but they only have record in store for 2 years. I've spoken to over 15 representatives, including managers and corporate, and they've sent me receipts that belong to other people, but they can't find mine. It's been 3 weeks. They keep saying they'll call me back but I think they're just avoiding me. This isn't the first dead end experience I've had with them. I'm never shopping here again.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Have had a terrible experience ordering a washer and dryer where they delivered them damaged and refused to do anything about it. If you call the store and the bot can't help then the employees will leave you on hold and hope you will eventually give up. Wish there was a Home Depot closer in Tomball so this Lowe's would either close or it together.

Lowe's delivery drivers illegally dumped refrigerator, tv and washing machine boxes behind my house blocking drain. Notified Manager Brian at the 249 location on Tomball Parkway. It's day 3 and Manager Brian has done nothing to resolve this. The police has been notified. Lowe's will be responsible for thousands of dollars in fines, flooding and damages.

This store's personnel are irresponsible, rude, and don't care about the customers. I ordered an item for curbside on Nov 8, and tried to cancel it on Nov 8th but the card was charged anyway. The associate said it can't be canceled for curbside. I told her I couldn't pick it up, she said I had to pick it up and there was nothing she could do for me. I waited the 7 days that it states on the receipt to pick it up or it gets canceled. That day came and went with no refund. I got an email from Lowe's to review the item I never got. I called, and the system said I picked it up on Nov 24, which I didn't. There was no refund to my card ever!! I called and a manager researched what happened. An associate, Amanda called me laughing and talking to someone else when I picked up the phone, kept laughing, and finally, she stated the refund had been issued. I asked what happened, she was glib and not seriously listening. I finally why their process allows the NOT picked up merchandise from curbside lockers can be removed, wrongly put in the system it was picked up, and no refund ever issued. The answer was " it slipped through the cracks ". The unprofessional and irresponsible associates that work there are running that store into the ground. Apparently, there are no real managers in charge there either. Finally, I was promised on Nov 26thbthe refund would be processed. I don't have much hope that this ridiculous situation is over. Stay away from there!! They don't care!!

When calling for assistance, Automated system does not send you to correct department. You will be on hold for 15 minutes or longer. No one answers phones, terrible phone assistance, no one answers. Need assistance, you must go into store. Terrible customer service.

every time my husband comes to use his pro card. It is always denied. He pays it off monthly and we go through the same rigmarole each week. It doesn't make sense then the cashier tells us that on the weekends they do not have any pro customer service managers on duty. They're only here through the weekday that's outrageous. We've been standing here at the register for over a half hour, trying to get on the Lowe's. Telephone customer service site. They've hung up numerous times and they're still saying that my husbands pro card the limit is not valid . If we could give this place a zero we would it never works out. That's why somebody needs to go to Home Depot. There is no support when it comes to management on the weekends.

Too many people that work here are too busy talking to one another and goofing off to help the customer. Self check out seems like a good idea until you need help and there is no one available. (Too busy talking to one another!) When approached about needing assistance, employee pops off with an attitude. This type of customer service tends to back up the line and cause people to become angry.

12.27.22 We stopped in this Lowe's because we needed new ceiling fans and of course other stuff too. The Cypress location was out of stock. This Lowe's has quite a low selection on everything except portable heaters. (Lol) I guess everyone was a little nervous that ERCOT was going to drop the ball again during our arctic blast a few days ago. I know I was - we bought a portable heater too!! I know we will be shopping at this location a lot.

I must say I am very impressed with this location! I have had bad experiences before with lowes closer to my home but the staff here was great, got me in and out with a great washer and dryer with a super competitive price. Purchased accessories in store for the free install but left them at the store accidentally and they brought it back out to me and installed! Very impressed w staff and courtesy extended to me. Made me and the wife holiday season that much better

DON'T BUY HERE! I had the wrong dryer delivered, and the 3rd party delivered said not his problem. I had to drive to Lowe's 3.4 miles from me because I could get no one to answer me on the customer service line (20 minutes of holding, all week) and no answer to the store itself. I had to refund the wrong dryer (and it is still sitting in my garage) and purchase a new one. It's taken 3 delivery attempts that have canceled on me, but I got it. Even more frustrating is that the people Lowe's sent did not connect it correctly and now I have water all through my floor. Again, I can get no one on the phone to help me.

Call and request to speak to a manager. Your call will sit on and endless loop where you will sit on hold for 15 minutes before someone simply hangs the phone up disconnecting your call. I ordered a custom countertop for a kitchen island. That was scheduled to arrive in two weeks. That was two months ago. I already had all the kitchen cabinets and countertops along the walls replaced. I spoke to someone in cabinets who said he would have to call me back. Three days later I called and asked to speak to a manager. I gave the employee my order number and concern. She said no managers were available and that one would call me back. A week later and I cant even get through when I tell the voice prompt I want to speak to an associate. Endless hold until I'm hung up on.
