I shop at Lowe’s because I have a 5% off credit card.
They move things around so the app will take you to the wrong location in the store. Even the people that work there can’t find things.

Bought a generator from this location because of the power outage from hurricane Beryl. I wanted to purchase a bigger one but the biggest they had was a 7500. Now given the emergency of the situation I had to buy it and use it. Now a week later I tried exchanging it for a bigger one but I was told by the manager that he couldn’t do it. I understand if I wanted a refund but I just wanted a bigger one to be better prepared for next time. Lows has lost by business.

Jonathan, the manager, was excellent. He went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately, I was unable to make a purchase online due to an error. He ensured that I was well taken care of with a positive attitude. I was in need of a credit increase and he guided me through the process and provided me with the phone number. Everything went as smoothly as he described, and I was able to purchase the generator I wanted without missing out on the special offer.

Needed a generator and AC unit for the house before the storm’s came today. The employee really helped me a lot and gave me some great advice on a generator. His name was Bobby and he was so helpful in helping me pick out and load the generator and AC unit. Thanks Lowe’s for hiring people that care!

During the power outage in May, my 5 month old baby and I were at Lowe’s as soon as it opened looking for a generator to turn on our fridges to save food/milk for my baby that I was in a panic about. Trevor Stainaker saved our day! He could tell I was in a panic carrying my baby around and stopped what he was doing to help. He
went above and beyond making sure we left with a generator, and helped get it delivered to my house where Steve then helped me set it up. The gratitude from both people is something that makes those scary situations a little less scary. Thank you Trevor, and Steve!

I am pissed! I slipped and fell on a spill at Lowe’s tonight, I told 4 different employees and they looked at me like I was stupid. I just wanted it cleaned up so no one else fell. Not one of them asked me if I was ok, then I asked if I could have a paper towel to wipe whatever I fell in off my knee and they wouldn’t even give me that. Usually the employees are kind but not tonight they were rude as hell.

The sales staff helped setting me up with a generator & small room HVAC unit while the electrical tower fiasco gets resolved in the Houston area. They also set me up with a consultant to discuss whole house generator options. I left very pleased.
