My family went into Lowe's today in around 8 am and were humiliated by a staff member called Daisy. My Hispanic family which was my mom, stepdad, and uncle went in to buy some supplies for a project they are doing at home. My uncle went in line to start waiting to check out while my mom and stepdad were finishing up the shopping. When my mom and stepdad went to my uncle who was still waiting in line the staff member Daisy started yelling at my family and started being racist to them. They were left in shock because they had done nothing wrong but get in line with my uncle she started being more aggressive saying stuff like you should know how to speak English even though she knew Spanish and could have communicated in Spanish with my family. She started saying that they shouldn't even be in this country and other racist stuff. A white male customer behind my family started joining in with her and they both started coming for my family as they tried to defend themselves from all this. She then decided that my family didn't deserve to be helped by her and told the white male behind my family to go around them and that she would check him out. My family had to walk away and find another cash register to check out since she completely refused service. I can't believe this was allowed if you think you will receive great customer service you won't. Instead you will be disrespected, humiliated, and yelled at for being yourself. If you read this you racist bitch Daisy I hope you have the day you deserve.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Have had a terrible experience ordering a washer and dryer where they delivered them damaged and refused to do anything about it. If you call the store and the bot can't help then the employees will leave you on hold and hope you will eventually give up. Wish there was a Home Depot closer in Tomball so this Lowe's would either close or it together.

My husband and I visited this store on a Sunday at noon. We came to buy several bags of potting soil. This was not an easy task, my husband had just had surgery six weeks ago, and was still building up his strength. The manager saw my husband struggling to load the bags. He stopped and helped them load the bags. Later as we were going through the store and had gathered up more things on our cart, the manager saw us. He was on his way to the garden center to help with collecting money. he stopped, grabbed our cart and pushed us to the checkout. He opened up a register and checked us out, then followed us to the car and loaded our car. When I saw his name badge and I saw that he was a manager I told him how much I appreciated that he would stop doing what he was doing on such an extremely busy day. The store was full. The parking lot was full. As long as this young man is a manager of this store I will always go to his store for purchases.

We purchased a new washer and dryer with pedestals and all the new attachments. The delivery people did not install our pedestals, which was written in the delivery directions. They also did not install our new dryer vent, or even leave the new one we purchased, they left the old dirty on on top of our new dryer. We have called to try and get the issues resolved and have received the run around. This is not the level of service I expect from Lowes.

Lowe's delivery drivers illegally dumped refrigerator, tv and washing machine boxes behind my house blocking drain. Notified Manager Brian at the 249 location on Tomball Parkway. It's day 3 and Manager Brian has done nothing to resolve this. The police has been notified. Lowe's will be responsible for thousands of dollars in fines, flooding and damages.

Oct 25th,I returned 3 items.(Apparently, the associate who typed in my ID information, into the system mistyped it. ) To make a long story short!Incompetence at this store...I went 4 times to Lowes and NOBODY was able to figure out what was going on, until yesterday.The 1st time I came here they actually said there was nothing on the store credit they gave me. I was trying to buy soap. Do you know how embarrassing it is to have to leave all your items? And have people looking at you because your holding up the line. Also the manager just dismissed me. Like she was busy and didn't really look into it. Also said there was nothing on the card.I had to drive to a different location to confirm the funds were there.I came back a second time this past Saturday with my husband and also told they couldn't take the store credit card they had given me. They said I needed to call the number on the back of the card. The customer service agent said that my situation was an isolated incident and to go back to the store...Finally came back last night (Sunday) with my mom and Yailene was able to help us. She informed us that the ID number in their system did not match the number on my ID.Which meant the associate who initially did my return, misspelled it.I won't ever be back inside a Lowes to say the least. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. So much back and forth and wastes time and nobody was able to help me. I went there 4 times and had to call customer service before my issue was able to be resolved.Thank you, though, to Yailene. We are grateful she was there and able to help us.

My elderly disabled mother purchased a refrigerator from this store. The appliance was supposed to be delivered at 3pm 11/27. She received a txt at 3 saying they were on their way however they did not show up until after 6pm the delivery drive was mad because he had called at 612(we have txt to show the timeline )asking her if he “had to come tonight since it’s so late” she stated yes she needed it delivered. This man became indignant,aggressive ,argumentative and angry with her all of which was completely unnecessary since he was there with the appliance which he refused to leave with her even though she paid cash for the thing. The approach Lowe’s took was “not our problem contact the warehouse no care or regard for how the customer was handled or treated! The experience is a horrible one and no stars is the truth.
