Not the most friendly location. Staffers were not the best we've encountered. There was one Gen-Z'er on the registers and while most the others were working, she was the ONLY one that seemed to be enjoying her time AND making customers feel appreciated & welcomed.

Found a mismatched item that I searched frantically for its mate & willing to pay full price. Mgr would not permit it, said I had to wait for 7 days, then call back to see if they found its mate b4 I could purchase it. Returned on the 7th day to purchase the jacket (w/o its mate), they changed out my ‘exact color’ item with an alternate color that was not the same item they were ‘saving’ for me. It’s amazing that a $24 item meant so much to this store, c’mon Marshalls, you can do better than that!

12.21.23 I like shopping at Marshall's. Today, they were really busy and the selection was a little low. (It's that time of year) But that is ok with me; that means in January they are going to get a lot of new items. The line was long but moved very fast. I love that they have a lot of cashiers working.

Many different items to choose from. My wife usually finds something she wants, but suggests that one must visit often to find various items. Busy, but smooth check-out.
