I wouldn’t even recommend this place to anybody. The manager has a disgusting attitude and thinks he’s better than everybody else while his apartments are roach and gnat infested!!!!! They steal deposits when you clean the place down because it’s so disgustingly infested and has the audacity to blame the tenants when you gave them SEVERAL notices! Believe all the one star reviews because this place is a garbage dump and I’ll be contacting the BBB because no one should’ve have to live through this and these lies he tells. All around DISGUSTING!!!

I am a current resident. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The leasing “manager” Peter is so unbelievably disrespectful and I have no other word than he robs and takes advantage of money. I am still waiting to get a phone number for higher management. My apartment since I’ve moved in is rotting, my lights and ac don’t work, my outlets don’t work, all of the wood is literally rotting and he has acknowledged all of it. I was told I had 5 days to leave my apartment with all my stuff if I was late on rent. This person has no respect for anyone. If someone that’s not him could contact me it would be much appreciated.
