HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Pulled up in line (so I thought) - no one came up to and said anything to me......no direction, they just looked at me. Waited 10 minutes then a worker pulled a car right in front me, got out and looked at me and went back to help his co-workers.
I turned around and drove off. I told a buddy about it, and he said they charge based upon what you drive (I have a Porsche) so it was good thing that I didn't go I guess.

Wanted $40 for just an exterior car wash. These guys are a ripoff, especially when they saw a lone female in the car.

Excellent work by these guys, fair price! I went for a hand car wash and didn't have to wait that long. My car was absolutely filthy from the pollen - now it's all clean inside & out. Overall, a great price for the level of work. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years or so now. I’ve always thought they did good work and were good people. Today changed all of that. They told me the pressure washer wasn’t working, but not until I wasted 15 minutes of my time. I guess if they were telling the truth they would have told me sooner. I left unhappy, but would have returned. When I drove by 10 minutes later and they were using the pressure washer on another car, I knew the “workers” in this place were trash.
100% do not recommend.

Love this place! The only genuine hand wash I have found in the greater Woodlands area. The owner is on site, sleeves rolled up, helping his friendly crew. Consistent quality and service. Starbucks adjacent for convenience. I highly recommend this service.
