If you call ahead to ask if the tires you need are in stock, make sure you're talking to the actual location and not some call center in Timbuktu. I called ahead (using the number on the site's Google Maps page), but didn't realize I was talking to a call center, and when I got there waited over 90 minutes for my tires to "arrive" before they even got started on the installation. Not a huge deal if I had known ahead of time, but no one saw fit to give me any communication up front. Also, the long delay was apparently due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle bringing my tires from another location, but again - communication ahead of time would have been preferred.
Additionally, the site is looking extremely worn down. All the waiting area chair covers are cracked and peeling, and the sigh for the store out front is shattered.
Otherwise, everything was fine.

Went in without an appointment for several maintenance items. Frank checked my account info, told me what my cost would be and how long it would take. They had it ready when they said they would and there wasn’t any surprises fees or costs. Will definitely be back!

I showed up around 10:30, within 5 minutes they were already able to start helping me with my tire change. They're very fast and efficient. Highly recommend NTB!
