They did a great job taking care of My husband and I. Mr. Harvey was amazing at what he does. He actually listens to you and works hard to get you what you need. He cares and isn't there to just judge you and make a dollar off you. He treated our purchase as if he was buying the car himself. Purchasing a car is a big investment and he definitely made it a positive experience. I normally HATE car sells people because they don't care about you, they only care about their commission. Mr. Harvey never once made us feel that way. He felt like a family friend we just happened to buy a car from. I will definitely come back to buy our next vehicle from him. I highly recommend Mr. Harvey.

I won't talk bad about the dealership, I'm going to be discussing about the shop. More specifically the manager that gave me a terrible service, I waited for 15 minutes for them to attend me and unfortunately the manager attended me. And he came at me with a real bad attitude from the start, like if I wasn't wanted there.

Got a lot of run around when purchasing my vehicle. Service said it would be an hour!!!! Which turned into five days so far.Soon as they sell you something they run away! Will not be back and certainly will not use the service. Saleman was great! Ask for Wesley!

While picking up my car from the service department, I asked to speak to the service manager, Troy, about some sort of additional discount that could be taken off of the price. I had to wait an additional week from the date I was advised because I was told that not all of the parts had been received to complete the repair for my car. I spoke to him on Wednesday, December 14th, and informed him that I had brought my car to be serviced on December 5th, and he nonchalantly brushed me off and said he was looking at the back of my advisor's head and he would have him call me. I explain to him that I've been calling Jim and leaving messages, and he's not answering or returning my calls. He said OK. Well, I'll have him call you right now. I said, "Okay, I also would like to speak with you because I have a coupon for 10% to be taken off of my $5,003.01 service, and Jim said that he asked you to assist me with a discount and you would give me $500 off, which will bring the total to $1000 being taken off of the service. He said no, you misunderstood, We can only take $500 off. I asked aside from the coupon, and he said no. I said, "Well, what about the inconvenience due to the fact that you guys don't have any loaner vehicles as your company promises with repairs, so I had to get a rental car, and I had to get a ride to and from work. I had not been told my car wouldn't be ready, and you guys had it for an additional week, and I did not get notified because the advisor had not been communicating. Every update I got was because I called him, and he told me he wasn't going to argue with me and that all he could do was give me $500 off. I became upset because there was no consideration or empathy. On December 16th, I again had to call the service advisor to receive an update, and he told me that my car should be ready by 4 p.m. He called me back and told me it was ready at around 2 p.m. I went to pick up the car after work, and I again asked to speak with the manager due to the fact that I just could not fathom not being compensated for the inconvenience I had been experiencing. I did not get a rental or loaner car, and I had to wait almost 2 weeks to pick up my car. I was told my car had to be pushed aside because something happened at the shop and another car was worked on instead of mine. The The inconvenience was astronomical! He then proceeded to tell me that we need to talk like we were talking on the phone when I was cursing at him and that if he could remove the discounted $500 he would because he didn't put a gun to my head and make me get my car serviced there. He then asked the service advisor if he put a gun to my head and stated that you people are always looking for a discount when you go to H-E-B you don't ask them for a discount on your $300 groceries. Your service advisor manager is a terrible asset to your company. I'm not sure how many people he has treated this way, but it is unethical to speak to a customer in such a manner. I have never received such horrible service in my life, and I am truly traumatized at the racial slurs and discrimination based on my weight as a large African American customer. To be treated this way is disheartening, and I pray this is not how your company treats African American people. I feel like this is a poor representation of your company, and my time was not taken into consideration; my car has only been serviced at Parkway Chevrolet for the past five years for any reason, including the transition to Scrubway for oil changes. I was actually advised by Scrubway that I had a leak. I brought my car in and was told that Scrubway didn't know what was wrong with it because they just changed the oil. Once my car was looked at again which I should have taken as a hint that if I wasn't going to get all of the work done to not even get any of the work done. So I'm not sure what type of customer service or customer retention plan that is set in place or what you guys train the service department to do there but the way

My husband and I had an amazing car buying experience with sales associate David Trammell. David was so gracious and listened to our needs and we purchased our vehicle on the spot! The dealership GM Andrew was awesome too! This is how car buying should be!!! Finance department was fantastic too!

Held my daughters car after we brought it here for diagnostic. Went to pick up because could afford to fix at their prices. Went to pick it up service agent rude told her to go sit in waiting room that their would be a charge for every department that worked on it. Rude and disrespectful to my daughter. Women do not do business with them or they will treat you like this.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They lie about their diagnostic charges, tried to charge me 4x the price of what my batter cost, lied and said they needed to remove motor mounts to change the alternator and want $2000 dollars just for the alternator. Let's not forget that JIM refused to answer any of our calls for 7 days while holding my car and I had no way to work. Then refused the calls today so I walked in to my surprise there he is and then tell me he has added more fees for the diagnostic then he originally said was $139.00. Will ensure my husband's company never uses parkway again. And will never recommend to anyone . Thanks for all the help Parkway

The place is extremely busy and definitely felt like you didn't get personal care but a lady name Ms Patricia ( I believe was her name) she works next to the cashier. Saved the day. She saw that I was standing around waiting for help for about 15mins and asked if I needed help . She went above & beyond to get things done that was not in her job description!!!! Ms Patricia is the MVP over there Soley because of her attention to the customers. If it was not for her this review would have been! Please give that women a Financial raise!!! Parkway Chevrolet needs to give her A plaque on the wall for mvp. Most of the other people said they could help because they needed to go on a lunch break. Thank Ms P.

Zero stars for the service department. I had scheduled an 9:30 am appointment for an oil change. Wasn't honored and was sent next door due to your laziness! Will not be back ever to this location. Do your job that your hired for and honor your appointments!

Spoke with Bill in service, will never give my business to this place because of how rude this guy was. Called to speak with a "service advisor" and then book an appointment but will be taking my truck to my local shop now. I wasn't rude at all... he picked up the phone with a bad attitude. Don't just listen to me let their 2.5 star rating do the talking...

Took my truck in for service due to a brake line leaking on a Monday. Louis the Advisor started out good and responsive, helping me with a third party warranty issue by contacting them and trying to get the issue resolved. no luck as I said to go ahead with the repairs and I would deal with the third party company myself.. After they thought they fixed the brake line the next morning it was leaking again when they went to check it. Stated I needed more repairs done and was not covered due to the after market life kit installed.. I ok'd the repairs on Wednesday did not hear back from Louis at all that day and Finally got a hold the next afternoon where he stated he didnt know they were out of the part and had to order now we have wasted a whole day.. part never came in by the close of business on saturday and now my truck is stuck at the dealer until after the 4th of july where i needed my truck for the weekend.. when I tried to ask Louis where the part was coming from like another dealer or where, I got hung up on... as louis was always professional and once my truck was there more than two days communication completely dropped off unless i contacted him... I have never experienced any of my vehicles being in a repair garage for 6 days without being fixed.. this is a classic case of the Service Manager dropping the ball... I would not recommend this service center for any type of work including work covered by a warranty i would recommend taking it to another chevy dealer as moving forward that is what I will do and once I am out of the 36,000 mile warranty I will be going to a local mechanic to give my hard earned dollars to...

I am from out of town and I went there first for service. I was blown away on how fast and helpful they were to me. So I decided to go back to see about purchasing a vehicle and Mike White was so helpful and courteous throughout the whole time. He made my purchase experience one of the best experience I have ever had. The whole team at Parkway were wonderful! If I lived in this city this location would be my home.

Clinton Chandler was the best person at the dealership. He was so honest and full of knowledge. Would definitely recommend anybody to him! He was unwilling to sell me something that would not be best for my value and needs and explained why. Best and most honest sales person ever! Truly recommend him!
