I waited in line so long I finally left and went to a different Petsmart. The drive plus getting the product and then purchasing the product and then getting back in my vehicle....was still less time than I spent in your store due to basic incompetence and lack of comradery.

I have been going to the Tomball location for the past 5years and never had a problem but Today I went to drop off my dog and three groomers were cutting other dogs. One groomer said “can I help you” I said I’m here to drop off my dog and she said just a minute. I stood there for five minutes then asked “is anyone going to help me”. The groomer said “I’m going to finish cutting this dog first!!!!! I was in disbelief! I’ve never been treated so badly and rudely. I will not be back and I’m definitely talking to the manager. Hopefully that does something

For PetSmart, this one smells least wet doggy\feral kitty. Helpful friendly staff, well stocked, no pets ever let off their leash when inside.

I put 3 stars because the girl who checked us out was so helpful and sweet. We were looking at a green cheek conure and asked one of the other girls that was stocking toys on the aisle a few rows down from its cage if we could see it. She told us it only likes some people and blew my husband off. Didn’t even look at him. It was obviously a very friendly bird watching it in its habitat. The girl at the checkout asked what kind of bird we had because we were buying bird toys… we told her and without her even knowing we had asked to see the one they had she told us how sweet the conure they have is and how it likes everyone…… this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. If you want to see an animal and told no by someone who isn’t in the mood to get a bird or other animal out… ask someone else.

Jade is a great groomer, left Ace looking like a new man. She made him feel comfortable and the rest of the groomers were friendly.

Very accommodating. Grooming opens at 7am, mostly for drop offs, I was there to get my dogs nails trimmed(walk-in service, only option). Cashiers aren't there til 9am. They were able to provide the service and get me checked out. Grooming offers a Veterans discount on Tuesdays
