Horrible customer service. They do not care about individual customers, they are more about big builder/commercial accounts. I was given several quarts of paint from my builder for touch ups and need just a little more. The quart cans are clearly PP&G with label and all. The worker tells me they only sell gallons. Obviously they have quart cans but he claimed the builder poured the cans and not them. Regardless, don't you think a customer may only need a quart and not a gallon? They obviously don't want to be bothered with such trivial quantities...although maybe they should since no one was in the store...they could probably use the business. Do Not go to this store. Horrible corporate philosophies with obvious lack of concern for true customer needs.

Great customer service! They do not try to sell you the most expensive.paint and/or paint products and tools; rather, they suggest the best for what you need which is always cheaper than their highest products. Very knowledgeable and genuine when it came to my wife and my questions/concerns. Pittsburgh Paint is used by many of your top home builders and I can see why! Great product at a great price. Better than Valspar, Bauer, and many others I've used in the past. The premium paint I bought on 8/7/12 was only $26 for a gallon!
