Ms. Cox does a great job making the atmosphere a welcoming place to drop-off our children. The teachers are amazing and our kids enjoy going to Primrose because of it. We recommend Primrose to our friends and neighbors

We Love Primrose of Spring Cypress. The teachers and staff are so sweet and they really show their care of our daughter. Remi loves her teachers and the activities in the classroom you can tell she is developing faster being around the other infants. I’m grateful for the small classes it’s not as intimidating as I thought it would be to leave my baby at school. Being a first time Mom I was nervous but the team makes it work for our family.

Best, best school! It was very hard to find somewhere to leave my child, especially with being a first time mom, and I am forever thankful I found Primrose of Spring Cypress. We have only experienced the Younger Infant room so far but the teachers are THE BEST and I can tell that my child is getting everything she needs while I'm at work. Also, the front office staff and Director are so nice as well. Feels safe and right at home!

It’s hard to put into words how much this daycare means to our family! From the extremely kind and caring staff, (with great attrition), to early drop offs and late pickups hours (that meet our 2 working parents crazy schedules), to the creative artwork and fun activities they have with the kids throughout the year. Our toddler is so excited to “go to school” in the morning and runs to his classroom when we get inside! We know he is safe both physically and mentally and we wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else. They have a great procare app they use to keep us up to date all day long with how much they ate each meal, nap times and my favorite, lots and lots of pictures! Two years later, we were more that confident to enroll our newborn at Primrose knowing he was also going to be loved on and taken care of just like his older toddler brother!

My son has been with Primrose since he was 6 months old. I have had a wonderful experience with both teachers and office staff! I know that my son is loved and is growing with knowledge everyday. So thankful for the loving teachers and lead team support.

Save your money. The teachers are obviously not trained educators or qualified to work with children.

Great, nurturing environment for the kids and awesome staff! Two of my boys have been attending the school since 2014 and I have nothing but great things to say about the school. The teachers are awesome (to name only few would be unfair to all the awesome staff) and the management is great. Friendly, no-nonsense approach to running a business paired with an solid learning environment has earned my appreciation many times over. Keep up the great work - and thank you for the years of being a part of our family!

This is the first and only daycare experience we have had with our kids, and they started out the 2yr old classes. The administration has been very consistent throughout our experience and the teachers have moving up and along (although not always directly) with the kids. My wife went through and toured about 5 different schools in the area, and we settled on this one. It wasn't the cheapest school in town, but from the moment that my wife walked in she loved the people and the facility! From all the people I have spoken with around the area who have children in other daycare, this is the one that almost all want to get their kids into. We wouldn't recommend any other daycare in the area but Primrose on Spring Cypress.

My child was enrolled in the infant class here. He had previously attended another daycare and loved it. He has an excellent out going personality. The first day we dropped him off to this facility he got down and immediately started playing with the other kids, he didn't cry for us as we left the room. Two days later he was terrified to go back to the room. When we dropped him off he cried and when we picked him up he was always crying (the other kids were too). He was very unhappy and he seemed afraid. We pulled him from this facility and placed him somewhere else and he loves the place. I called to office to tell them he would no longer be attending and she seemed rushed to get off the phone and I never heard back from the owner. I was hoping maybe someone could or would have called to get the reason we were pulling him, but we didn't hear anything. I didn't see any affection given to the kids. At this age I think that is very important.

My son has attended for about 2 years and we really like it. I've had some less than positive day care experiences, so I'm very cautious of new day care providers. Primrose does a great job and the teachers are actually NICE. The concerns I have had (few and far between) were taken seriously and promptly addressed. My son only goes before and after school, but he really likes it. There is a lot for the kids to do, and many days I pick him up and he's already done his homework while at Primrose. Cant beat that!
