Does anyone know if this company went out of business, I've been trying to contact the number but doesn't seem to be working. **** update ** I called a number on FB and Kyle immediately scheduled to come out. I had a great experience when they installed my unit in 2020 and am happy they are still in business, definitely recommend.

The company is amazing and excellent for their quality service. We have been very pleased by the support when my Lennox HVAC system(for no fault of theirs, the failure has been truly because of Lennox) failed to cool my house in Austin.The company operates from Houston, but they went the extra mile to help me out when the HVAC system stopped working by making an alternative arrangement.It has been in more than one occasion that the company helped. Pro Cool sent out Kyle the next day who successfully diagnosed a stuck TXV after 3 techs from other companies insisted it must be the evaporator coil. My A/C unit is now working properly and I'm happy because I saved thousands of dollars by using Pro Cool.Service: A/C system repair

On my Rheem AC unit that was 3 years old, fan motor stopped working.I reached out to Keith and from very moment, he was very professional, courteous and helpful. He even picked up replacement motor before came to my house. Performed services beyond my expectation for a reasonable charge. If I can give 6 starts, I would. Just had an entire 3 ton system installed by Pro Cool's installers Kyle and Will. Awesome job! Arrived early and finished in the amount of time we were told. Price for the Trane system and install was the best I could find and the quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommend and will be using them to replace my other units when we are ready. Thanks!

Thank you Don Blount for the review you gave me. Unfortunately the only thing said was being asked why it took me two days to do that job during that holiday weekend. As you seen first had this company is not organised and mismanaged. Always making promises that put their techs in awkward positions (show up on a job and customer is already hostile over stuff and you just met) which isn't the way i like to do business. I always strive to make whoever i install for happy no matter who i am employed with. Stuck it out in hopes they would get better organized and not run a company as if it was not going to be around the next day. I am no longer with pro cool but i will continue to do the same great work as i always do i refuse to allow experiences from sorry employers to ruin my work ethics. Thanks again for you honest review.

DO NOT HIRE. Procool was hired to do a commercial job at a shopping center in Houston, Tx to install a brand new HVAC system. Procool then had a hole cut and installed a mount to hold the physical hvac unit.
The problem is this was done on the wrong building and on the wrong roof. To make matters worse Procool used a plastic bag over the hole to keep water out until the unit was installed.
This ghetto rig wouldn’t have kept out a cup of water from getting in.
This 2x3ft hole was cut in an area no one was aware of other then Brad from Procool because it was done on a different building than was requested. This new gaping hole in the roof ended up flooding the tenants space below and ruined all of the new flooring and multiple pieces of consigned furniture inside. not to mention, it also ruined all of the ceiling panels and paint.
This is the best part- When we go to contact Procool to have this disaster they created resolved NO ONE answers any form of contact, no email, no phone, no text. We still have no completed HVAC work for the hired job on top of this massive hole in the other roof.We are now dealing with water damage and much more. still no word from Procool.

I recently purchased a complete 5 ton system from these guys and got a free Wi-Fi thermostat. Make sure you ask for Kyle and Will for your install. Kyle and Will were very respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Let me say that I had more than a few A/C companies come to my house to give me quotes and not one of them was as thorough as Kyle. He made sure I knew exactly what I needed and what work needed to be done. On the day of the install they arrived on time and quickly began removing the old system and installing the new. Kyle has phenomenal manners which is rare in the contracting world. He also cleaned as he went and didn’t leave me with a big mess as many contractors have done before.
The only issue I had with the company was their sales process seemed to be a little off. I almost had to be demanding with the sales rep which was a bit annoying. In the end, with the help of his very experienced A/C Technicians Kyle & Will, he was able to deliver exactly what he said he could and at the exact price that was initially quoted. This is rare too.
A highly recommend these guys!
