I do not have any experience with the local branch so this review is not about them. I have never had such an awful experience with a bank. The 800 number kept referring me to a loan officer who did not respond to me and when he did respond it was always "what the back office" was telling him. When you ask to speak to someone in the back office they don't talk to the public. All of this and all I was trying to do was pay off a loan and get a lien released. The loan office kept trying to get me to do my construction loan with the bank, while not helping me address what I needed to do at all. I will never do business with this bank again.

Terrible service! Don't use!! Everytime we asked for simple services it was NO! The only thing they are good at is taking your money!

I take care of my elderly parents and, over the past few months, that has included some financial management. Not being on their accounts makes it complicated but Sonia and Kim have bent over backwards to accommodate the special needs of ninety year old customers time and time again. The staff at the Tomball location is stellar. I cannot say enough about their kindness and customer service. Fantastic group of people!

Absolutely deplorable customer service in the drive thru. I came to get change for $100 bill in the commercial lane, but was refused this simple service because I did not have my account number handy. This is not the branch in which I normally conduct business, but that shouldn't matter. The teller absolutely refused to provide me change without the account number. She refused to look up the account by name or by business name. I was dumbfounded. I left the bank, went directly to another bank down the street, one in which i dont even hold an account, and they gladly gave me change for the $100, no questions asked. How can a bank conduct business like this?? If they are this unreasonable regarding a simple $100 transaction for an account holder, how would they act when engaged in a future major business transaction?? Im closing out and changing banks IMMEDIATELY.

I want to say Thank you to Vanessa and all the staff. We recently had a fraud on our account and they immediately went to work to get us back what was wrongfully taken. Within a few days life was getting back to normal. Thanks again.
