I have never had an issue! The property manager, Tara, takes excellent care and she is always, ALWAYS smiling. The property is clean, Tara is professional, and it’s in a convenient location. If you need storage this is the place to go.

Terrible Facility. If you miss a single payment due to a billing error - they will throw away all your belongs within the month. I can understand several months of payments not going through but throwing away all of your prized possessions in 3 weeks (Notice sent via email 7/22/24) just called today 8/16/24 and it is gone. I am in shock, AVOID AT ALL COST

Good storage facility. Great customer service. The property manager, Tara I believe, was able to help me navigate the online portal without getting frustrated like most do. She was so calm and patient. After having a bad day, she was awesome at helping me put a smile on my face.

I arrived to this location completely unaware of how storage worked. Tara took the time to explain everything in great detail and even showed my wife and I different units. Which was something the last company did not do.
After our experience with Tara we rented here confidently and have no regrets. Thank you Tara!

I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a climate controlled unit. We are not happy because our unit now is contaminated with mold. It ruined most of everything we had in there including our furniture. Since winter has passed and we entered into summer the ac inside is extremely hot. Reaching to 91 degrees inside today. We are extremely upset about the things that were lost inside due to mold. At this point that is negligence from the storage facility.
