Setting the appointment was easy using my phone. I arrived at my appointment, barely on time and received a text to click a link when I check in take a seat and within five minutes I was greeted and welcomed was professionally done by a friendly technician I was finished with the entire experience and under 12 minutes. I received my results less than 24 hours! I highly recommend this facility in Tomball, Texas, and gladly give a five star rating. ✨

Terrified of needles, but Mrs Maria helped me today.
Super nice and welcoming. Did not feel the needle at all. I came all the way from sugarland and am so happy I did.

They need to train their people better! These are pictures over the 1st 4 days after I had one vile of blood drawn. After 11 days I still have a bruise on my arm.

Only observation is someone needs to check on restroom condition frequently. Otherwise service was superb.

I had an appointment and i self check in and waited in the waiting area my name sowed up on the board obviously there were 3 more names ahead of me and later underneath me 3 more names shows up the name above me were called one by one now my name was next they bypass my name and call the person underneath me so waited and my name disappear from the board so when they call other person and i walked out to the employee and complain my issue and she says let me check and came back and told me they will be calling shortly. I would liked Quest to call me and explain me how the conduct their organization.

Incompetent. They do not know what they are doing. Entered my insurance info incorrectly and told me my bill would be $8,000. I did not have to pay for it then, but I would receive a bill in the mail. Then I could call their billing department and get it straightened out!!! The Supervisor did not know what she was talking about either. She said only Preventative tests and not Diagnostic tests were covered by insurance. She said Primary Care Physican orders can have an estimated amount but not tests ordered by a Specialist. She obviously has no business working for Quest, if she does not know even basic procedures. I can only hope Quest Corporate Management reads these reviews and fires these incompetent people. No patient should have to deal with medical personnel who do not know their job.

I didn't make an appointment and went on the stand-by list which moved very quickly, I was even prepared to wait. I was very impressed with the phlebotomist, she was very skilled. This location is great!

Why does this dump need a phone since their system is very antiquated. They should bulldoze this place and turn it into a parking lot.
