Took my truck back here for an oil change even though the first time I was there wasn't a good experience. But I did anyways and really regret it. All of my tires were fine when I got there and no sensors had gone off until they pulled my truck around to the bay which right after my sensor alert went off in the app. I didn't think anything about it until I got home and had a flat tire an hour later. Come to find out, I had a full bit that went through my tire, big enough hole that TireLink said it can't be repaired. Very disappointed in the service this place has displayed both times being there. I will not be back, they have lost my business and hopefully anyone I tell about my experiences.

I recently visited Quick Lane at Tomball Ford for a routine oil change, expecting a straightforward service. However, not only did they damage my vehicle but their attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue, their staff was dismissive and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, I asked to speak with the manager for three days straight, and every time I inquired, I was told he wasn’t available. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.
A business that lacks integrity and customer respect is not one I can support, **and I would strongly advise others to avoid this location**Reliable service and professionalism should be a given—not a gamble.

Very nice facility, although they are still finishing construction. Very friendly employees. Stopped in for two items, tire rotation and oil change. They were fairly quick and I was out the door. Once on the road I noted they did not adjust tire pressures after rotation. Two days later, noticed that the new oil filter is dripping oil.

First Day of the New and Improved Quick Lane. Julie, Oscar, and Misty made this service visit such a great experience. They also introduced the Ford Pass program that allows you to access your vehicle records along with accumulating reward points with every visit. The second floor has video games for children and adults, massage chairs, and multiple TVs. You can also find fresh coffee made to order and some snacks for purchase.

June 8, 2024 the last couple times I have had my oil change done. I have been disappointed. I think this has taught me off will start off with the main reasons the last two times I’ve been there there’s always been something that they did not do correctly. Had to go back up there, for example they rotated my tires, but they did not recalibrate them so the air pressures would be in the correct order. I had to make sure they do it they did but they did not bother doing any air adjustment. They left the high-pressure tires from the back to the front and the low pressure tires from the front to the back, which all did rotate it, but they didn’t adjust the airflow or bothered asking if I wanted it done on the technician next thing I noticed my windshield fluids were not filled. Not sure if they should’ve done that or not. Who knows if they’re changing my oil do they just take my truck and park it in the back for about 45 minutes bring it back up there Question. But the main reason why I am writing this review which I was expecting a phone call from my manager to apologize but whoever drove my truck there is construction because they are building a new lube building which looks very nice and very fancy probably why they charge the prices. They do to change your fuel filter $250 that takes less than 15 minutes but anyway my truck was clean when I dropped it off and the kid drove it or the guy whoever around back into the new building where you cannot see it no more and when I paid for my oil change and walked out to my truck driver side of it had muddy water all over the running boards up on the side of my door all around my fenders yes I know the parking lot is in bad shape but the last time I checked my steering wheel does work you can turn the wheel and go around the potholes or go slower but this one looks like he just drove through it really fast to get the water all up my runningboards really nice respectable vehicle. I think my days are getting an oil change at this place is done. Three strikes are out. It’s like baseball. I wish them luck.

I came in ready to pick up my truck, drove in from out of town. I walked through the front door and explained the situation to Julie. She had amazing customer service, put me at ease and took care of my truck situation. I was in and out of there in no time. Highly recommend Julie!

Don't go here if you want to be screwed over. We left our truck to get fixed and they took me inside to sign some papers, BOBBI told me there will be a 140 amount charged 4 times, but not to worry that we weren't going to pay that, that she was sure the warranty was going to cover everything. So I signed a document, NO WHERE did it have written the whole 140 charged 4 times that we would have to pay or something. So today, my partner went to pick up our truck because they said it was ready. When he gets up there, they tell him he has to pay $140 because we didn't get our heater fixed AFTER they told us that the warranty would cover it. Well, my partner was obviously confused and frustrated so he went to the manager DARRYL DEPASQUALE to see what he could do and his response was, that it wasn't his problem. Then he called corporate and they told him he'd have to figure it out with the dealership. Okay, so after my partner did all of that, NO ONE helped him. All they did was bring the paper that I had signed to him, saying I AGREED to pay the 140 when in FACT I DID NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING. When I signed the paper it had NO WRITING ON IT STATING I AGREED TO PAY THE 140, and I know because if it was written I immediately would've called my partner and let him know what was written. It was written AFTER I signed it. So, again, if you want to get screwed over, this definitely would be the place to go.
