This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever receive from a Regions Bank. I walk in looking to simply have a document notarized. I mistakenly brought in the wrong paperwork and asked could I FWD the correct document to the bank rep and print it out. The rep, Paula, first made the statement that she was unaware if she was able to notarize the document due to it being out of state. I replied I’ve had something similar done before at a Regions Bank. I don’t see the issue now. She replied she’ll have to refer to who I guess a member of management to give the ok but they’re on the phone. While I’m waiting, another rep is trying to pressure me into going somewhere else to get my document printed and notarized. I’ve been banking with Regions for well over 20 years. I’m not about to go somewhere else to be charged when I know for a fact this service is provided here for free. Keep in mind NOT ONE REP asked for any verification of me having an account with Regions. While I’m waiting, I reached out to another Regions Bank. They confirmed after looking at the document, via email, that the service I was looking to be done could in fact be notarized and they’ll print it out for me. During this time, the member of management has since gotten off the phone, but I was never addressed nor my question was not answered. Since the rep, Paula, was with another customer, I then went to the rep that attempted to pressure me into going somewhere else to have my document notarized. I stated to him that I received confirmation from another Regions Bank that it could be done. He asked to see proof of their name and I handed him the email from my phone showing proof of the Regions rep credentials. I mentioned how I’ve been waiting to receive confirmation and the person been off the phone for around 10 minutes without a reply. His reply was she’s taking a licensing exam. Last time I checked, I thought I was a customer and how is this person taking an exam but they were JUST on the phone? Then ANOTHER rep interjects themself in the conversation while they were already helping someone else and states to me they were not able to perform what I needed there. “Able?!” You can’t take a FWD email and print it for a customer to have said document notarized?! Then she replies with the word “willing” and suggested I go to the particular Regions Bank that stated they would. So you’re telling me you’re not WANTING to help a Regions customer. It’s a shame that I had to drive to another Regions Bank just to get everything accomplished.

Regions and Tomball is located inside the H-E-B grocery store parking lot.Google has had them located off of the tollway for a long time and that is incorrect.The staff here are super nice, very knowledgeable and helpful

I have banked with regions for over 25 years starting back in Alabama when they were not even regions yet. Overall it's been a good experience but their app will not work on my phone and when you call to get help they just say they know and one day they will fix it. So 6 months later it's still not fixed so I moved accounts over to another bank. But the app is not important to you, don't let that stop you from being a regions customer.

If you are new to the Tomball area, you do NOT want to bank at Regions. Their customer service skills leave much to be desired. And if you just happen to have the grave misfortune of dealing with the Assistant Manager, William Carson, you can be certain to walk away from that encounter feeling disrespected in the worst way. This guy has no business managing anything, especially a banking establishment. The drive-thru at Taco Bell is where he would be most comfortable.

I have done my banking at this location since 1985 when it was 1st Bank of Tomball. Regions has carried over the small hometown friendly service I am used to only now they have multiple locations.
