Amie is the best Senior Member Service Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Quality customer service is an understatement when it comes to working with her. If you find yourself at the spring cypress branch, make sure you work with Amie. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all products and services and has answered all my questions without fail and I sincerely appreciate the effort she has made to make sure all my accounts and loans I have with Resource One are in order.

The staff at Resource One on Champion Forest and Spring Cypress goes above and beyond to provide fast and helpful customer service. My card was stuck in the atm machine and I was able to receive help the next day with getting a new card in my hand and handling all banking needs. I will continue doing business with this bank!

I've been with R1CU for more than 16 years now and there's no other banking that I would trade them for TBH. They've been beyond helpful to me in times past. I want to give a very special shout out to Jacob Urbina at the Spring Cypress location. This guy rocks in every way imaginable. He has been a vital asset to be for both my personal & business finances. If you are in the market to switching banks, or just want to spread your finances between different financial institutions, I would definitely recommend giving ResourceOne a try - I guarantee you'll be satisfied and taken care of....and don't forget to mention that I sent you! :)

I have been coming to this credit union for quite a few years and the reason I keep coming is because of the excellent customer service. Jacob Rivas is the guy you want to ask for. He is polite, professional, and courteous. He is always very welcoming of anyone coming into the credit union and he is always willing to help with any banking service. Jacob is the prime example of what true customer service should be. Keep up the excellent work.
