Tomball branch#708, I arrived Sunday at 08 am and the gate was locked,went to the store and checked in with the manager and he unlocked the gate and asked me to dock into dock #4,he unloaded the trailer swiftly and was very kind enough to receive me on a Sunday with short staff at the store,thank you,Mr.Manager and more Blessings to you!!!

Workers in the back are friendly & helpful but up the front it’s a different story, rude & disrespectful. The one young lady had AirPods in doing the cash register, I told her I had 2 separate orders she couldn’t hear me because I guess the AirPods were in, the other lady was being rude not sure if it was the supervisor or manager I told her that I told the girl I had 2 separate orders she going to say it very rudely “you should’ve told her you had 2 orders” I said I did tell her she goes “no you didn’t I was standing right here” then started smirking saying something smart. I would come shop at this store again if people start being more friendly

Best place to buy all restaurants related stuff under 1 roof and on economical price but some stuff are expensive than other stores like Walmart heb kroger

Very good customer service, fast check out. It is new and very clean. All the shelves are well organized. All items well arranged, staff are very helpful. Rest room are clean and has supplies.

Me as a instant cart worker As much as I come here nobody really helps you look for stuff the store is confusing when I asked for help the stocker boys barely wanted to help giving me dry responses and directions until this girl name nyuh TOOK HER TIME and helped even though she was busy doing some like everyone else in the store she took her time and explained the case and unit thing and took me to what I was looking for in the store than just pointing to it that’s customer service thanks to her she got my order completed

The people who stock items are nice and helpful but the staff in the front registers and by the door are so lazy and rude. They make mistakes and when we come back and point it out they give bad attitudes. They don’t want to work and they will treat you with disrespect. I’ve been a customer here for many years, I understand mistakes will happen, no one is perfect but what’s the point in being so rude and disrespectful …on the mistakes that your own staff members make?!

Everything is so organized and good price, the only bad thing about it, is the girl and the front desk has a major attitude, same with the other girls at check out all a bad bad attitude!
