Caliber Auto Care has raised the standards on beauty and brains. My day began with a faulty A/C blower, after deciding to take it to Caliber Auto Care I was greeting by Kayla and Emma who were very knowledgable. I presented them with my issue and immediately they provided me with a quote and timeframe. I opted not to use their drop off/ pick up service and decided upon waiting in their luxury waiting room with a big screen TV, popcorn, drinks and friendly employees keeping me up to date on the status of my repair. It was completed in the timeframe given by the girls up front, I met the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, he asked only relevant questions to confirm the issues were related to the A/C blower, and the service Advisor Caleb Robinson was polite and did not try to up sell me on other unneeded repairs. My bill was as quoted before any work was started on my vehicle. My afternoon is now going great and I have Calibar Auto Care to thank for keeping me cool in Houston. Thank you Kayla, Emma, Caleb, & all the staff at Calibar Auto Care at 11922 Spring Cypress Rd Ya'll are the best.

Had my vehicle in for service and it was nothing short excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.Whoever the gentleman was that work on my car did a great job. His expertise and attention to all my concerns we're addressed and totally resolved. I will definitely be back again.

I have been a happy customer of the Caliber Auto Center since the first day they opened under the name of "Caliber Auto Center" several years ago.The staff is always extremely helpful. Ive read reviews back in the day about Service First and now about Caliber auto same place different name. Ive been there at least a dozen times and my experience has been eh at best. Let me start with the last 3 visits. I have a 2018 chevy suburban. I had it from new. Its well take care of but over 10000. First visit: In October my A C went out. Its was expensive but they fixed it and did a great job. I haven’t had 1 issue yet with the ac, but they never called to tell me it was done. So I called before they closed on day 2 and found out it had been done since lunch now almost 6pm.Next visit: Passenger side headlight was out and you have to take out the filter box and move some things around to get the new one in. This is a real pain so I took it them because I didn’t want to be bothered. They gave me the bill I think it was around 50 I paid it because looked like it worked just fine. That night I realized that it wasn’t illuminating like it should be. The next I wanted to figure out what was going on as this was a brand new headlight so later thatday I went through all the same motions. I took the air filter box out and move some things around and I find a headlight that wasn’t put it in all the way. So I put it in the right way and now I have light and I’m not a hazard to myself or other motorists. So I essentially paid someone to do the job that I ended up doing myself.My last visit today 2/26/24. I have a strange, intermittent noise coming from the front passenger side wheel area. It was a noise I could not explain. It wasn’t a tie rod a wheel bearing or any type of brake noise I’ve ever heard. But the HOA strictly prohibits people from having a lift in their driveway(sarcasm )so I needed someone to get underneath the car and have a look. I called The gentleman at the front desk of caliber auto and told him my problem and they said I could drop it off it would be 2 hours at the most to find and diagnose the noise and we would touch base on a plan after that. I dropped the car off at 9:30 and finally went to get it at 230 Because they hadn’t even looked at it. While I was sitting in there waiting for the nice gentleman to bring my car around my wife informed me that my car just drove out of the parking lot.I sat and waited for it to get back. After about 20 minutes, the gentleman came over to me and said sorry for the delay They are pulling your car around now. I asked him where they were Getting my car from because it drove out of their parking lot. At this point Another customer service representative came from around the front desk, and quickly explained that they were taking it for a test drive, and they couldn’t replicate the sound. Keep in mind, I offered them a video where the sound is very prominent at 930. The Caliber customer service representative did call me after 12 to get the video he also explained that they were very busy when I asked them why it wasn’t put up on myAllotted and agreed upon time of 2 hoursMy opinion; I just Wanted to make people aware of my experience. Customer service Has been great over the years but I’m not there for Customer Service. I’m there to get work done on my car and more often than not Its been done inappropriately halfheartedly or just not done at all. Mechanics aren’t cheap and they should be held to the same standards as any other professional in the workforce. A business can provide all the popcorn, all the coffee, all the free water and the best customer service all day but if you can’t provide the service you advertised does it matter how good the Customer Services is. I Don’t go to my doctor because he has great customer service. I go there because he’s one of the best at what he does. I hope this Helps and gives people the opportunity to make an informed decision.

I needed a new tire. When I called and expressed I needed my car sooner than the estimated time the sales staff member Matt, jumped in and changed the tire himself.We will continue to use this business for future car repair needs!

The Caliber Team a There Can Do Attitude and compassion towards customer service is superior to the competition! I’ve observed as each Team ate , work together to provide an excellent work ethic, and articulate to each customer including myself on the specifics of the situation. My second visit I noticed my taillight was out. I pulled in and I assumed they noticed I had DV plates and was a veteran. 15 minutes later they gave me the keys and I asked, what I owed them. They thanked me for my service and just felt it was the right thing to do! Forever grateful that I gave them an opportunity and in the end ! My thanks to Trevor, Matt, Tyler and the Team that blessed a old washed up vet, trying to take care of my daughter’s car!Service: Auto brake replacement
