I was in an accident in November and was hit from behind. When I had to go through the insurance company for repairs I knew right where I wanted my vehicle to be repaired. Machael & Michael will take excellent care of you. They made me feel at ease and are professional, attentive, kind and friendly. Thank you Machael & Michael! The location in Tomball did an excellent job. Michael and Michelle are an awesome duo. They kept me up to date with frequent communication. They answer any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable with decisions. Definitely would visit again if needed.

Maybe they are good if you have an everyday day car but if you have an expensive or rare car avoid this place. Attention to detail was terrible. Been back twice and no call back from them.

I will say I didn't have service here, but my neighbors wife and child had their nice car break down out front and they let them chill inside and gave them some refreshments while waiting for me to pick them up and the tow truck to get the car.Sometimes how you treat non-customers speaks louder than anything else!

Basic body work. $800 fix. Took two weeks as opposed to one. Had to get a rental. Non -existent communication. Phones and computers were down for two days (therefore, the rental). Spent the ENTIRE last day in “Wash”. Had to tell them I was picking up the car, regardless of “Wash “, after two weeks.Services: Painting

My dad was in a wreck. The car was sent to Service King in Tomball. It took a while for them to fix it they said. When we got it back it was not fixed. We called and took it back. Keep in mind insurance paid almost 8 grand for them to fix it. They replaced a few more things when we took it back. Then parked it because mom and dad dont really drive much no more so they share a car really. Well tag went out. Had to get inspected they pasted inspection but told me i may want to look at drivers front tire or brakes. It was making a noise. Took back to service king. They send it off to Christian Brothers and charge me 230 and tell me its a transmission. Keep in mind the car runs and drives great the problem is only if u are going under 4 miles per hour with tge brakes engaged. The car does not j*** or slip . I am going to go have it looked at a regular honest shop and see if they believe what bull my parents were told. And charged for. I would not recommend this shop to anybody. The car should not have to go back to a shop 3 times over one wreck that Service King got paid a pretty penny to fix and my parents are still having the same issuesServices: Steering & suspension repair

I dropped my car off on March 3rd then I was told it would be ready on certain date that they were waiting on a part and that everything else was fixed .then they said it didn't come in then the said another date then told me that they couldn't get the part and didn't have an ETA. So I asked them to put the old grill back on then they told me that they still had to fix everything else .so they lied to me .then they said it would be ready today and now another part has to be ordered after my wife had been sitting there for 2.5 hours. Now they want me to pay for work that wasn't completed.Services: Electrical

Didn't look at claim. Saw a dent on bumper and worked on that instead. Blamed us, saying we pointed out dent. Suggested we were saying their employee lied.Didn't call when work was completed.Keep hearing bad things about this location. Won't return and never want to think about them again.

I do not recommend this business On October 10th of this year, I took my 2018 Acura RDX back to Service King in Tomball, Texas with two issues. Both issues stem back to an accident I had in late February of 2019, when I was backed into by someone insured by Allstate. The damage to my vehicle was on the front driver's side. I got an estimate from Service King on March 19,2019 and they did the work and gave me a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Since the initial work on the vehicle, I have been back to Service King approximately 5 times for them to fix the same initial issue, the driver's side fender keeps coming out of alignment and requires them to do more work to fix it. (They have had to do other work like replace the fender liner on the driver's side that they didn't initially replace as well.) This will be the fifth time I have had to return to this location for this issue. It has been very annoying and time consuming. (I would attach the paperwork for the additional return visits to this location, but they don't give your any when they do warranty work!) On October10th in addition to the fender coming out of alignment yet again, I also pointed out to the manager that the driver's side headlight assembly was full of condensation. (The headlight assembly was not replaced in the initial estimate on the vehicle, but obviously was damaged in the initial accident. Since I am sure that Service King is rewarded by Allstate for bringing the estimates in as low as possible, they decided that it was too expensive to replace the headlight assembly.) This condensation in the headlight assembly was causing an electrical system short that was preventing my running lights from coming on. The only reason I noticed that the running lights were not working was because I was pulled over the Saturday evening before by the Tomball, Tx police for that issue. (I subsequently spent $179 at another auto repair shop to determine the cause.) The manager at Service King said she would get in touch with Allstate and when they gave the authorization, she would order the headlight assembly and do the fender work (again) all at the same time. I told her at the time that because the running lights were not working that I could not drive the car at night. On October14th I called to get an update and left a message with the manager. The receptionist called back later that day and said Allstate had not responded to her (the manager's) email and I told them I would wait a few more days,but reminded her that I was still unable to drive the vehicle at night and she said she understood. On Wednesday October 19th, I called again and left another message as to the progress of the issue. On October 20th the receptionist responded again for her manager (who apparently doesn't return her messages personally) and informed me that Allstate was reviewing the claim. (This I find ludicrous as Service King acted as the adjusting agent on the original estimate!) I told her that was unacceptable that it was taking way too long, and I was still unable to drive the vehicle at night. She then asked me if I had or wished to contact Allstate to which I responded that it was Service King's responsibility and that I would wait until EOB on Friday October 21st to hear back from her before I escalated the issue to Service King corporate. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. If you supposedly offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY, aren't you supposed to stand by it? Or better yet fix it right the first time or at least the second, or third, or fourth or fifth. It would also be nice if you leave a message for the manager, for the manager to actually return the call. I got no response or updates from this location unless I was the one who called and left a message. It is a convenient location to my house: however, I could never in good conscience recommend it to anyone. The Lifetime Warranty they tout so proudly is a joke! Oh, by the way, at the time of this writing, the evening of October 21,2022, I still have not heard back from this location

My car was hit pretty hard,and the damage was horrible. My first time ever having to use a body shop. I was very pleased with all the updates and picking up my vehicle,well,it looked brand new again, just as the day I purchased it. I was amazed. Didn't even look like it was in an accident.
