  Got my hair cut here and was disappointed. My stylist Emily didn’t properly consult with me and completely messed my hair up. I had to buzz my hair all off because she didn’t listen or explain things properly. So instead of a decent haircut I’m now walking around with a buzz cut because this woman forgot how to consult or ask questions. I used to be able to comb my hair now I gotta wear a hat until it grows back. Extremely disappointed in my experience

  I’ve been going to this location for multiple years (4+) and Toni has always been one of my top favorites. She’s super friendly and is one of the main reasons I go to this store, even with my travel at work I’ll always wait till I get home to be able to go and see her. She always recalls things that we’ve discussed the cut before which makes the experience more personal, I don’t feel like just another “customer”.
