I wanted a scissor-only cut with a minimal amount of hair removed. When I asked for the stylist to blend in the back with clippers, she got upset and blended in the sides too. I could not stop her in time. Additionally, she left the back terribly uneven and I had to correct it myself with a razor. Very unhappy!

Brittany Gray is amazing and my son does great with him ! Which is really 10 because he has never done well with haircuts! She has really created a relationship with him! I can’t tell you how much of a difference it has made for the service and reputation for this location in Tomball-Kuykendal!

Good location. Nice people and I really like Dan. She is incredibly nice, does a wonderful job on my hair, is personable and funny. I would highly recommend her if she’s available.

Brittney cut my hair and did a great job! She was friendly and explained each step of the process, as it was my first time at a SportClips. Brittney was easy to talk to and suggested a 1.5 on the sides and back rather than a 1, which looks better than my last cut. Thank you, Brittney!

This place is fantastic. This is where I go every time. The new manager Brittney Gray is absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of getting a haircut by her today. Her energy was super high and she seems to love her job. That is something always nice to see as a customer. On top of that she payed close attention to the details of the haircut. Asking if I wanted any changes etc. I will be getting my haircut by her from now on! I also recommend getting the mvp experience if you want to relax. Overall fantastic experience

I know this is not the actual stores fault and the stylists did a great job but the scheduling is broken and has been for awhile. so here goes:
Good grief this app, i dont understand the point of the app as it doesnt seem to interface with the scheduling system. I check in and it is sending text on my phone saying your next, i get to store and two are in the chairs and my name is not on the list! i check in and there is someone elses name on the list, they show up, he gets in before me that was sitting there 15 minutes before he got there! Ridiculous, WHY would you put out an app that doesnt work and even more so WHY dont you test it
Why two stars? Because they won't fix it. It has been months.
