Staybridge Suites Tomball - Spring Area offers spacious and nice suites with comfortable beds, full kitchens, and convenient amenities like an onsite shop and free laundry. Guests praise the great service, friendly staff, and delicious, extensive free breakfast. However, the property requires a refresh, with some noting worn furnishings, gross floors, and maintenance issues like problematic A/C and deactivating key cards. Cleaning standards and bathroom necessities can be lacking. The location requires a vehicle, and significant drawbacks include very bad wifi, poor cell service, and limited TV technology. While excellent for long stays, some find it overpriced given these shortcomings.
Was booked for the weekend to attend a wedding. Ended up leaving Saturday for another hotel where the A/C was working, not 78 at 9:30pm. Lady at the desk is extremely rude and definitely doesn't know how to problem solve. They've lost my business.

Very decent hotel, and located in an almost perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay here, where the suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, I hope a renovation of the rooms is planned for the near future, as the furnishings, carpet, doors, etc. need a refresh soon!
