Nice room with more amenities than I expected. Employees were friendly. The meeting room was the perfect size for our conference. The breakfast is also good with a lot of options. Nice and clean lobby area as well.I highly recommend staying here especially for the price.

The wife and I have stayed in multiple IHG hotels and this one is....different.Granted, most of our stays are in Dallas, we've only once ever had a subpar room before this. That was on new year's eve when our usual spot was taken and we ended up in an unfamiliar hotel that was in pretty rough shape. That room looked like it was furnished with random extra junk. There was a random office desk in the room that was very...odd.But the suite we had in this one was even more odd.First impression was positive. Full sized fridge, kitchenette with a sink and dishwasher, dishes to use as well as utensils and such.Fridge was great and chilled our drinks nicely. The livingroom/bedroom space was where things got bad. The decor was badly dated, even for hotel decor. The "art" wasn't straight despite being hung in a straight line opposite the bed directly over the scratchy, stained couch. This thing was so gross we didn't even put our luggage on it!The TV was the smallest one I've ever seen in a hotel, but the best part was the remote had bad batteries in it! They'd been in it so long they'd leaked! The bathroom and shower area were ok, but the shower itself was rickety. The best part though was what was missing. It's 2024, and this was the first hotel I've stayed in since probably 2009 that didn't have USB ports built into the lamps! You never know how much you rely on those until you don't have them! We had to bring in our laptops so we could change our phones to be able to set an alarm for the next morning. We couldn't even count on the trust hotel alarm clock as it was smashed, faceless and just sitting on the night table unplugged when we arrived! The bed was decent, the room temp was nice and the hotel was quiet, on a Tuesday night at least. The continental breakfast was decent with a "serve yourself" style yogurt bar, fruit, breads, sausage, scrambled egg, juice and coffee. We won't hold this against IHG, but seriously, this place needs some updating! Can't imagine they get much return business this way!Rooms: Ours was run-down and shabby. Missing basic modern amenities, but decent sized and relatively comfortable.

I think I can honestly say this place has the slowest WiFi I’ve ever seen in my life.

Decently clean, good size room for the price, rooms could use a makeover (they are renovating so hopefully they will redo the rooms), no water pressure in the shower, and we unfortunately had loud upstairs neighbors.

Overall we love this hotel. Stay here often each year for the holidays. We get a king suite so that I have an office to work remotely while the family visits during the day. The staff is amazing, nice, it’s friendly, central to many locations and the breakfast options are outstanding and very clean! They also have weekday evening “socials” with finger foods, wine and beer that for me worked amazing to simply have a small dinner and not have to go out to eat. Saved me time and money. The rooms and entire hotel is generally really clean! The WiFi is perfect for remote working and the desk and chair are adequate! Love it and thank you!The only negative is that I want to see the gym fixed up and get daily attention. Put fans in the gym. New cardio equipment and daily restocks of towels, and wipes. Please! The precore weight setup in the corner was perfect no complaints but the cardio equipment , cleanliness and daily attention to the fitness center needs work. Love the laundry room. Awesome to have that!

This is my second time staying here. The first time was a good experience, and the first front desk lady I had for check-in was amazing. This time, she was terribly rude and short with me. Better staff is absolutely needed if this business ever wants me to come back. I'm beyond upset at how I was treated today.

I will start with the good: The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The nighttime manager was helpful. The lobby was nice and clean. Then onto the bad: We were supposed to have a queen sized bed and only received a full. There seems to be zero sound insulation in the walls. All of the road noises came through clearly to the 3rd floor. The original mattress for the pullout couch had a nasty stain on it. It looks like the there was puke dried on the wall next to the toilet paper dispenser. There are zero comforters in the entire hotel for the pullout couch which made it rather cold for my son.Rooms: The rooms were not well insulated against the road noise. Wallpaper was peeling, the pullout mattress was badly stained and it looked like puke was left on the bathroom wall.

Room #415 - One of the electrical plugs in the corner of the living room was not working, so in order to be able to use the lamp that was located there I had to swap the plug to the other outlet. For such a new location, that's some pretty SHODDY construction. Plus there were a couple of light switches in the kitchen that didn't seem to do anything at all. The way that the microwave was installed in the corner, it was jammed up right next to a cupboard door at a 90° angle, which made it almost impossible to open it wide enough to get items in and out of it. You would never be able to get a full-sized plate with food on it through that opening. In the bathroom, the space between the bottom of the door and the tile floor was so tight that you could not even open or close it without it getting hung up on the bath mat, so you had to move the bath mat out of the way, open or close the door, and then put the bath mat back where you wanted it to be. The A/C temp was VERY difficult to control. I think that it was bcuz on the 4th floor all the heat from the lower floors rises up, so it was either stuffy and sticky (rather quickly) or FREEZING COLD. There wasn't much of a happy medium. This last complaint is not really the hotel's fault per se, but just a word of advice to future guests, do NOT get a room on the front side of the hotel that faces 2920 (unless you bring earplugs) or you'll have a very difficult time getting any sleep without continually being woke up by MORONS driving by with very LOUD motors. I think that the traffic FINALLY wound down around 02:00 to 03:00, but then the early Saturday and Sunday morning traffic started up again between 05:00 & 06:00, so I couldn't really sleep in to make up for the lack of sleep the night before. Now for a couple of compliments. The Breakfast and especially the coffee was DELICIOUS, and the girl who was working in the kitchen (her name is Future) was doing a VERY outstanding job of keeping items stocked and responding to the requests that I made of her.

The only reason I'm giving it a four star is because I booked a room for four adults, and it could only sleep three, with the uncomfortable sofa bed. The rooms are great though, lots of variety at the breakfast buffet. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing ?. This is definitely a corporate stay place with business professionals, loved it. You won't find a better place.

Room was nice and a good size. But there were kool-aid stains on the floor, couch cushions were place backwards, and there was a broken glass in the cabinet. Ice maker kinda worked but made only about a dozen ice cubes. Left on all night and wokr up to find no ice but a puddle of frozen water on the bottom of the freezer. Breakfast had very little food, out of coffe in the containers, and only 1 person manning the entire kitchen. Her excuse was that there were 2 wedding parties staying in the hotel. (We know...we were one of them). Hotel was booked to capacity. How can a manager not know you need to staff up when booked to capacity!!All in all not what I would expect from a $160 a night stay.

The front desk workers are really nice, but the room was filthy, crumbs everywhere, on the counter, on and around the couch, by the beds, literally in every corner of this room I could find tiny pieces of food, there were ants on the carpet too, all by the beds. I seriously doubt that this carpet has ever been vacuumed in the history of this businesses running.

I was a little disappointed with my 3 day stay. I found a giant roach in my room the first night. The second day they had someone take out their telephone pole so the tv signal was dead (not their fault) but when I tried calling front desk for help it was a busy tone - 20 minutes later, still busy so had to run all the way downstairs to find out what happened. My keys also didn’t work by the 2nd day so had to run back down again to fix those. My shower drain wasn’t draining and was full of long brown hair. I also found this same hair all over the floor of my room and bathroom so they definitely didn’t vacuum beforehand. They have a good breakfast and friendly staff, but unfortunately that’s about it.

Now they are trying to delete this. My second time posting this nightmare. An Absolutely horror story. Me, my wife, daughter and son in law stayed here. First day the water was shut off with no warning. Water came back on after an hour and water was super rusty. I showered after waiting an hour for the water to clear up and when I was drying off the towel was orange rust color. I spoke with the front desk and they didn’t have anything to suggest. The city shut off the water. City would usually warn the hotel to tell their guest. I spoke with a maintenance guy that was rude and condescending and kept staring at my daughter. Made her feel uneasy. He wouldn’t help us or try and resolve the issue with the hot water. We left and then came back at 12am. Someone had come into our room and turned on every faucet in the room, which was 5 total and the bathtub was overflowing onto the floor. All lights were on also. We were confused. Why would someone try and flood our room. Kind of spooked all of us. We believe it was the creepy maintenance guy, He was trying to sabotage our room by flooding it and make a statement. Make us responsible for all the damages the flooding would have caused. Management wouldn’t do anything about the intrusiveness and the creepy guy being in our room and about him trying to flood the room by closing the bathtub drain. The spooky part was it only takes about 30 min to fill a bathtub which shows he had been in our room within 30 min of us returning. 1130. The manager Sarah said it must of been housekeeping. Our beds weren’t made and room wasn’t cleaned. I made a complaint with customer relations , corporate and they told me that the general manager would contact me tomorrow so I could get some kind of resolution. Ie move to another hotel in their chain. Nothing happened. No call. Blew me off. Creepy part is this man was in our room without our permission and then management denied it. Plus they told me housekeeping only cleaned if we requested it. Short staffed. I didn’t request it. This man Tried to flood our room over a disagreement. Beware, this hotel has bad staff and they didn’t care about our fear we had now. Didn’t know what else they may have done to our room. Never ever will I stay here again. I gave management a chance to fix this but they blew us off. I’m Very disappointed. All I wanted was to be able to be moved to another part of their chain so we could get away from someone that tried to flood our room (maintenance guy)and cause us a lot of stress and damage our room and our luggage. Cause us to pay for damages that we didn’t cause. Well It worked. The next 2 days were spooky. They could have checked key card entries into our room to show he was in fact in our room. We didn’t notice anything stolen or messed with but can’t prove for sure. If you question whether this is real, I have 2 corporate claim numbers and 4 witnesses. Plus 3 of us are military and I’m retired Law Enforcement. I wouldnt make this stuff up. I have integrity but obviously this hotel does not. Plus I don’t do Google reviews unless I’m blown off. You’ve been warned! They didn’t care at all.
