They are so helpful in finding the right unit for your needs. Security is great. They are prompt in communication and we’re always so kind when explaining things. I would 100% use this facility again if needed.

Rates nearly doubled within a year; started at $110 last summer, immediately jumped to $150, and then to $220. While there was an explanation for the last increase, it still felt excessive. The website interface is clunky, and I had repeated issues setting up auto pay, which only became obvious after missed payments and late fees. Security and customer service at the facility was fine, but the rising costs and poor online system were the main reasons I moved out.

I stopped by Storage Star to get some information and Erik greeted me right away. He was knowledgeable and patiently listened to my concerns about storing valuables. He went above and beyond reassuring me about their security and explaining the process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Storage Star — and Erik 100%
