I took my 2017 F250 in there and paid over $100 to have it cleaned and taken care of and at the end of the services I had to walk around my vehicle and point out spots that they missed and on top of that the guy that was cleaning my truck expect me to pay him extra because of how dirty my truck was proceeded to my truck and every time he got in it I will never be going back there and neither will anyone I know.

Poor poor poor service, alleged they messed up and had us pull over to the side waiting in the hot sun to attempt and fix what they initially missed. Honestly service was very very poor and would not recommend this to anyone. I got one of their premium packages and these are some examples of the poor job done. They will not really wipe your dash just spread dirt around and call it a day. You have been warned, stay away. No discount or apology was given either. What a waste of my time.

An employee according to the “manager” was rude, rude, disrespectful and disrespectful to the customer. Yesterday he closed the door on me and told me that he was going to leave the truck at the store until the next day because it was already closed. And he didn't want to give it to me

I had a spill in my car that left a terrible smell. The staff did an exceptional job taking care of it. It was near closing time, and that did not stop them from being diligent.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A BUSINESS!!!
These people have more complaints than Boeing. If they screw up don't expect them to do the right thing. If you don't believe me just look at the complaints, they are coming out of the woodwork... Going to predict that this business will be closed down very very soon. Horrible experience absolutely horrible!!!

I went for a car wash on 24th May 2024. The car was washed and the mats were put in the trunk. I came home and found only three. The front passenger mat was missing. I contacted them several times but nothing satisfactory came out. I request them to find mine or replace it.

My "dog car" was covered in dog hair and slobber. I took my car in and they did an amazing job on the full detail. There is not 1 dog hair or spot that hasn't been cleaned. I'm impressed and I will continue to use them.

I took my car to be washed accidentally, my 8 year old son left his wallet which had his savings in it when we got home it was gone, more than $100 was lost and no one knows anything about it and it's not the first time something has been lost.
