Always nice, professional and quick. BUT, I had my oil changed in September and sent my son to top off all fluids for free early January.
He mistakenly asked for an oil change. I wish Take 5 would have noticed that we just had it done recently. It cost me $170 when I didn't need it changed.

I've used take 5 numerous times, and each time has been an excellent experience. The prices are great, and the personnel are VERY courteous and helpful as well as patient and thorough. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

My husband suggested I take my car here because of close proximity to work. It took a lot longer than 5 minutes and cost twice what I have been paying elsewhere for the same exact thing. Also they claimed to have done things (check tire pressure, wash windshield, fill washer fluid, etc.) that never happened. As convenient as it may be, I will go back to my regular place and won't recommend this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. A routine oil change resulted in over 1k in damages. It was nearly impossible to speak with anyone at Take 5 customer service. The general manager would not call me. I finally got results when I contacted their insurance company directly. After a lot of effort on my end, I was reimbursed for repairs. I do not recommend this company.
