Honestly how do they stay in business? It's excuse after excuse after excuse, every time I go. I've gone 3 times over the past month for a state inspection "sorry we don't have a guy here", "actually he hasn't taken a test" etc. "Sorry our air compressor doesn't work" "The wait is going to be at least 45 min for an oil change" "We don't have windshield wipers" Idk why I've kept trying to come back, I'm done.

Went to get inspection had a tail light out, left to go change it when I got back there were 3 cars in line instead of just walking over look at tail light give me paper work (as he already had all the other info) he had me wait for the three cars to go through and while I waited a few more cars came! So I just left and went somewhere else. Bad customer service, I'll never use them for anything.

These guys are always top notch. Always super nice and friendly. Makes me feel like I am important. Always fast too.Reggie is super. Because of him, I have both my car and truck serviced here. This location will always have my business.

Kris and Mike gave excellent customer service at 1311 W. Main St Tomball, Tx 77375 take 5 location. Kris informed me how to change the air filter in my glove compartment, when it need changing ,and etc . I like that Kris took the time to make me knowledgeable of my truck . Stripped out the nut on my oil filter casing and said it was already like that. Did not seem to know what they were doing. I now have to replace the stripped out casing. Will not be going back.

Posted for Carla Dennis...Excellent customer service from Cory at Take 5 Tomball location. Service was quick and a reasonable cost. Cory explained everything he was doing to my car. He also showed me my filters and explained why they needed to be changed. Great discounts for being a first time customer. Thanks Cory!!!
