I've been here several times after my mom initially recommended this place to me. I've gone individually and with my girlfriend. They offer the couple massages, which was a nice experience. I've gotten the deep tissue massages each time I've gone and the price is EXTREMELY reasonable, as well as much cheaper than the corporate massage companies. They do make you pay for the cost of the massage up front, however, I understand the reasoning of this as they are a small, locally owned establishment, in addition to the fact that there's likely a reason why they require that. The massage therapists are very polite, respectful, and offer a very relaxing experience.

When in for a massage and was quoted a price. I was fine with the price. The lady wanted me to pay before the service was done. NEVER!!! I get massages and never been asked to pay up front. I told her that's ok and it escalated from there. She got RUDE and said whatever it's what everyone does and some more stuff. I walked out. That's poor customer service. It was hot in there.also. That was my first and last time going here.

We got a couple s deep tissue massage and we were super impressed. The focus on my problem area was amazing.Fey worked on me while Ana worked on my husband. They were able to work me in same day as I desperately needed help with my neck and upper back. Thank y’all.Thank you.

Clean and calm facility. It seems warm when you come in, but you're grateful for that when you've got no clothes on. My masseuse was very sweet and respectful with insanely strong hands.

The experience was scary. They didn't ask what kind of massage i wanted or ask if i had any medical issues. There wasn't any zen music, relaxing scents or candles, in fact, it was really hot! The massage was similar to bad mall massages where they use elbows to hurt you. I left in pain and only tipped $5 but they didn't let me leave without changing my tip to $10. Really scary.

100% Rip off. I came here because I had pain in my shoulders, neck, and arms. And left with pain still in those areas. I asked the lady to focus on those areas and she completely ignored my request. It’s funny a language barrier all the sudden comes in to play. But they they seem to perfectly understand before they take your money. I was so pist I left early with time on the clock. Now I get why they they make you pay up front. If you want a real massage visit house of Thai on 1488 in magnolia.

Couldn't say better things any this place. Not only are they opened 7 days a week, but every space they use is clean and smells fresh. Both massage therapists my husband and I had were amazing. They had strong hands and were serious about their work. We're looking forward to returning soon!

The massage was awesome. I’ve never paid for a massage before hand though. Also I tipped 18% and as I was walking out the door she said a tip is 20% lol like what?? Be happy with what you got. I’m not required to tip you anything. RUDE!!!

First time here. They got me in quickly, place was clean, staff was friendly. The massage was wonderful!!!! I’ve been to a lot of places for massages and I will definitely be a returning customer. Better than massage envy or any of the other local chains

Ugh... Place was nice . clean. And relaxing. They had me pay first upon entering. I declined a tip on my card and said i would tip in cash after my services.the massage was good. I had a lot of pain and needed some relief. I asked the therapist to focus on my problem areas and skip the others. She told me i had too much tension and would need several sessions And only did my problem areas for a couple more min. I handed the receptionist $9 to give to the therapist. She told me that i needed to tip 20% or the therapist will not want to serve me again. But she will let it slide this time. Since it was my first time. I told her to give me my card receipt and gave the girl $15. They asked me if i wanted the $9 cash back. I said no. Give it all to her. Walked out and wont be returning. Im disappointed in the way this was handled. I know how to tip (i work for tips myself) and tip accordingly. .. If you are expecting a great tip.. Then give me great service...
