Fast, courteous service. Bought my vehicle without a wheel key from the dealer. Discount Tire gave me the run around in the phone saying I would need to buy new lugs from them. I stopped here on a whim - so glad I did. They handled rotate and balance and I didn’t have to buy new lugs. And they gave me a key. Won a customer for life.

I got a set of new wheels and tires mounted from another set of my wheels and then another set of “roller” tires mounted on those wheels. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. They got all that done while I had lunch and I feel that I got a very fair price for it all. They will continue to get my business.

*update-today we went back and Mike (manager?) made good on his comment below and we got out tire changed.

We spent well over 3,000$ for all of our vehicle tires here. Came back bc of a side bulge on one of my tires….no warranty bc they just looked at it! With no real assessment! Replacement for 235$ with instillation!!! At least try to compensate the instillation! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!👎

They were able to recondition my two right wheels after I kissed a tall curb trying to avoid being sideswiped. Was pleased I didn't have to replace them. Quality work done on a timely basis for a fair price. I highly recommend!

I had a slow leak in one of rims and it remained even after buying new tires. So I went to Tire and Wheel Connection to see if there was a dent or bend or something. They inspected the rim and found some rust around the edge. They removed the rust and put a little sealer and got me back on the road and at no charge.
When I need rims for my truck I’ll be back!

I live about 400 miles from Tomball. We were in town for a funeral when the dreaded low tire light comes on. The funeral was Monday morning at 10. We pulled into the hotel on Sunday evening and I told my wife we’ll have to pray it’s not completely flat in the morning so I can get to a repair shop. When I got up Monday morning, the tire was about half deflated. I drove slow to the Tire and Wheel Connection in Tomball. I pulled up at 7:15 and figured I would just wait until they opened at eight. To my great surprise there was someone already there getting things ready for the day. He pulled me right in and I left the shop at 7:55, 5 minutes before scheduled opening time. Then, as a bonus, they didn’t charge me anything! WOW! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Thanks Tire and Wheel Connection for turning a near disaster into a really great experience!
