Great customer service. These people really know their job. I wish I would have started going here when my dogs where first born. They are great at answering all of my questions. They have had our necessary medications ? in stock. Our dogs are our children. They are some of the most important parts of our lives. Knowing that they have care like this is very important for us. Thank you for everything that you and all of your people do.

This clinic may be nice and have harmony. I guess they can due to to the high prices they charge for some services. Called to get a price on having my pet euthanized due to age and quality of life. They were $105.00 higher than the vet I chose and 70.00 higher than the next one. If you thinking about have your pet euthanized shop around for prices.

Dr Foltin is the most unprofessional and unethical vet I've been too. We took my dog Tank, a Rottweiler, in for a basic checkup. She refused to see him bc he's an "aggressive" dogThe receptionist mentioned she had been bit by a Rottweiler in the past and we should try again w their other vet. Of course that appointment went smoothSo then I schedule surgery to get him nutered. They scheduled the surgery with no issues but didn't mention it would be Dr Foltin performing. They stuck him in a cage for 3 hours and he was scared. They started poking him with sticks which made him even more terrified. Then the dr called and was beyond rude on the phone and told us to pick him up immediately. She raised her voice and was completely unprofessional and not sympathetic towards our concerns. I never seen a vet behave like this and be that unprofessional and abuse a dog bc she had a bad experience in the pastThey said they didn't know of any vets that can handle an aggressive dog. Which is comical. Bc the very next Friday we took him to Stuebner airline clinic. They didn't put him in a run cage for 4 hours. They immediately took him in with a muzzle on, loved on him, made him comfortable and were able to perform surgery with zero complications and I picked him up 2 hours later. They called and checked up on him the next day, and twice more the next week. The experience was night and day difference.If you want a vet that is abusive to your animal and verbally abusive with owner, then Tomball animal hospital is the place.I highly encourage you to avoid this place and go to places like stuebner airline animal hospital where they treat animals and owners with love and respect

Well, I read all of their reviews. I could not believe when I got there that all of their negative reviews were way out of line. I felt like I knew everybody there on a personal level. They were incredibly nice, knowledgeable,and professional, and I just fell in love with Tomball Animal Hospital, so much that I decided to make them my permanent veterinary clinic, gooming clinic. boarding clinic. On top of this, their prices were less than half the price of my old veterinary clinic. Thank you to the entire staff of Tomball animal hospital. I'm looking forward to a long and strong relationship.

We just love everything about this place. Dr. Jana is very compassionate and thorough and answers all questions. We absolutely love the front desk staff too. We still bring our pets here even though we moved! We are so thankful for them!

I felt their fees were high for vaccines. Lady at the front desk was pushy and repeatedly asked the same questions that we don't know the answers to because he was abandoned by his owner(a friend)while we were taking care of him for the owner. Vet was not knowledgeable about pit bull breed and my husband had to tell her that the protrusion under his tail is common to the breed. Definitely moving him to a different vet.

I am so grateful to Dr. Murray and the staff for taking care of my senior dog. They also made an exception to have my dogs surgery on a day they don't usually do surgery bc of the emergency situation. I am forever grateful.

If I could zero stars I would. They took my money, gave me an estimate and then said they can’t work on my dog because they close in 10 min. Horrible. Dog has 105 fever and they just let me leave after being there over an hour. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
