I got a huge dent in the side of my brand new car. Hit & run. Tomball Collision did a fantastic job repairing it. The lady at the front desk was very nice & the intake went very smooth. Shaun, the manager, kept me updated on the progress of repairs. They also arranged the rent car for me & had them pick me up.The car looks better than the day I brought it home. I am so pleased with the job they did.

From the second I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their professionalism really stood out, and they had me in and out in less than half an hour. Shaun was able to quickly diagnose the problem and find a solution. He even had it fixed for me right then and there. Thanks to their technician, Mario, my car door is like new again and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Tomball Collision to anyone looking for fast, professional, and friendly service!

I wish I had posted my experience sooner because it was exceptional.
Tomball Collision provided a professional result when I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired.
The staff was so friendly and helpful during the entire process with the insurance and rental car company.
Anthony did an excellent job of explaining and updating me weekly as promised of the progress with my repair.
When I picked up my Jeep we went over everything inspecting his work
My vehicle was returned as new.

I brought my car in for an estimate, Anthony met me a the door and after a few minutes on the computer, he found the part(s) need it and gave me a number that I was comfortable with. Set up a time to bring the car back and it was done in the amount of time I was told. Very friendly staff and clean place. I highly recommend Tomball Collison for your needs.

I’ll say we got recommended from one of their tow truck drivers (can’t remember his name) he was very helpful especially because the car got towed from a different location and he waited for me during Houston traffic. So really appreciate him.
front desk person I believe is heather I probably called her every other day and was always nice never gave me any attitude. Shaun usually very informative and nice never rude but I do feel like they were working on to many cars at once
Cons
1. If you think you’re getting your car out in a timely matter, don’t. My insurance gave me 30 days that came and went I was in rental for about 50 days.

Let’s start off I brought my car on Monday and when I called Friday to see what progress was made they stated they just touched my car today as in it’s been sitting for 4 days……. Uhhh Okay no problem, from the outside it did not look like a lot of work was needed so I didn’t think it would go pass the 30 days let alone 50.
I do feel like I was given The runaround as car was supposed to be in paint one day and didn’t go till the following week, Parts were added every time I called for an update, which I appreciate however, how come we didn’t catch a cracked radiator when you took a week to go through it ?
I also asked about a necklace that is usually on the mirror of my car that I knew was damaged from the crashI am unsure about how you went through a car but missed a mirror hanging ….every-time you walk passed the car you should’ve seen it…
I think maybe they should be open Saturdays with actual staff there cause there’s no way they get a high volume of cars and only open M-F that alone should’ve been a flag that stuff is not coming out fast. I wish more realistic time frames would’ve been told too.
Pro
Again like I said everyone was nice and never had any issues and I tried my best to be pleasant but again felt like it was a money thing and I was given the run around everytime I called.
I will give the benefit that insurance took there sweet time approving the supplement as well because there was 2 more supplements placed after the initial for missing parts.
Communication between Shaun and me was good. He answered every call unless he was at lunch which was fine
I tried to give the car 30-60 days before I gave a review just in case anything else came about. Car runs good and looks good so far. They did give me a discount on my deductible ethic was super nice and what they gave was more than I thought. They forgot the decal on my car and my necklace so I had to come back, which wasn’t a big deal it’s just far.
Would I recommend anyone here, unsure …maybe if they have another car or don’t mind paying rental fees because it was not bad service it just took way to long. But the work was good.

My vehicle was involved in a pretty serious accident. Tomball collision provided updates twice a week and worked with the insurance company to get the work done as quickly as possible. The staff was friendly which helped with the whole process. Would recommend, thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about Tomball Collision. Even though my car ended up being a total loss and they didn’t do the repairs, the team, especially April, Heather, and Shaun, were incredible throughout the entire process. They were polite, proactive, and communicated with me every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Horrible service, Horrible work, Definitely would never recommend to anyone to bring their car here. Brought my truck here because that’s where the dealership referred me to… Huge mistake. Not only did they not complete the work, They damaged other parts of my truck, Forgot to replace some parts. The paint work did not match the existing body, the paint work they did had Scratches and bubbles. Inside of the door had paint runs and Flakes. Both passenger doors were not closing right and the seal wasn’t properly secured. Rachel is the manager there and after they got paid, She is never able to return my phone calls/ Emails. Took my truck to another Shop to get their opinion and they said the work is not good and has to be redone. Overall horrible experience here, Definitely not qualified to do this work. DO NOT COME HERE !!!! Safe the headache, Save your time, go somewhere else.
