One star for finally fix my truck after 2 weeks. Communication was good but man, they did not provide a loaner vehicle while they were fixing my truck. Also, my truck was at less than 20% oil life and had some recalls. They did not bother to fix those issues and tried to sell us some stuff when the truck still is under warranty.
ONE MORE THING!!!! ….
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GET A WAGONER, DONT DONT DO IT. They are a total garbage!.

I went by this dealership yesterday I was dealing with a sales rep name Nate awesome sales rep have great communication skills very up front I was ready to make a deal when the floor manager intervened totally dismissing Nate didn’t deal with him again now I’m dealing with the floor manager we agreed on the price but at the end of the day we couldn’t get a deal done I was happy with the price everything was going well I just didn’t like the fact that I started the deal with Nate I wanted to end the deal with Nate I feel that the floor manager's approach was very aggressive when it was unnecessary but at the end of the day I would of appreciated closing this deal with Nate
Ps. Ppl Nate is a good sales rep try him out

I don't understand who is in charge of these salesmen, but the unprofessionalism is unreal. I came in with my wife to test drive 2 vehicles we were in the market for getting. I needed a new truck and she needed a new car. I explained to the salesman what I was looking to see. I explained up front that I was still weighing my options as we wanted to look at subaru and ford. The salesman was rude and sarcastic. I was rushed through my test drive to the point I could not actually take to time and see the features. Then my wife was told the features and shown the features during the test drive. More something that is less dangerous and do thay after where no one is distracted. After walking in after the test drive and being rushed, I asked for the out the door price. The dealer wanted to do a blind trade in. I said no as I just wanted to get the numbers. He asked why and I told him no, I still have other things to attend to with deciding between vehicles. The dealer then walked away into the associates only area for a few. Then came out and walked past me to go talk to other people already dealing with another dealer to try to haggle with them. Then after 10 minutes tells us someone will be with us shortly. Another 20 minutes of waiting, I was done and walked out. Funny thing is that I had half a mind to get the truck as it was my #1 choice and I already told the salesperson the truck was my #1 and had ally bank already ready to finance, but did not want our money going by this salesperson.

My first time at this dealership, and it’s a Horrible dealership. Called on a Monday to get a quote on something that needed to be replaced and to make an appointment. I was told they had the parts and to come in on a Wednesday. Arrived on Wednesday and was told that I needed to order the parts because they were not in stock. Why was I told differently?? I had no choice since I had to be in the area to get it serviced at this location. I was never told about a shuttle service, so, I waited 6 hours on something that shouldve taken 2 hours and only got some apologies like that is going to fix anything. I had to inquire myself on the status of my vehicle, not like I was being updated. People are not helpful here. Customer service is below par. While I was waiting (the first hour), I even went outside to look at different vehicles, since I’m looking to purchase another vehicle soon. Not one person ever came to talk to me. People were either on their phones or chatting with each other. I will never come here, again. This was my first and very last time here.
ADVICE: go elsewhere where they can communicate with you, happy to see you and help you, and even update you with specifics, instead of excuses.

Poorly run service department.
Car has been there a week, and no work has been done because the person assigned to work on my car hasn't been to work all week.
So instead of reassigning work to other techs, they just let my car sit, and when I call for updates, I have to talk to 3 people to only find out no work has been done because the tech hasn't been to work.
Not a good feeling about the ethics or quality of this place

This has to be by far one of the sketchiest dealerships I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and it starts with the head the Service Managers Shelby and Nick, both which completely ignored and avoided us at all cost, even to the point one of the employees even admitted that they are telling the staff to avoid us and leave us on hold. All this because they refuse to admit to their mistake of not repairing my vehicle and then messing up another part to charge me for just so they don't end up losing anything, then after 2 weeks of frustration and no returned calls I requested to speak to the General Manager and they are trying to keep me from doing this as well. Now they literally told me, I don't know anything and they want to just walk away free and clear, after trying to hide their mess up and they further damaged my car. Then want me to take it somewhere else to get it repaired after no telling what they have done. This is a sorry excuse for a service dept. led by horrible managers. The literally only competent person we have spoke to there was Matt a service advisor who the manager wanted to hand over the work to because they are to lazy to do their jobs. This situation will be escalated and press will get involved, please stand by for updates. Thank you.

Work all day on the phone trying to make a deal on used f350. I was told the agreed price and asked for purchase order to be sent.

This dealership is sleazeballs take your business elsewhere. I am contacting FTC to report Tomball Jeep.
