I must commend Goodyear on their exceptional service. They maintained a professional demeanor throughout and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle. After describing the problems I was experiencing, the representative promptly identified the source of the issue and provided a solution on the spot. I entered the establishment in distress, but left feeling satisfied.

We bring our work trucks here and the guys are really honest. I can come in an tell them I want something done and they will let you know if thats even the issue instead of trying to get over on you.

Yesterday I was in this store, normally I went to have my truck fixed, but the attention I have had the last two times has been disastrous, I wanted to change the tires and I told him to give me a price for them and he said he couldn't because he was busy, he told me to return at 11 when Joe was there. I went to another place where they served me in the best way, I think they should check customer service.

I wanted to share this a year ago but kept forgetting. The owner was there and is incredibly nice and respectful. I had a problem and they fixed that problem and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or lie to me. I am not sure the workers name but he was so nice and explained everything to me and showed me what he was doing so I knew for the future. Great place!

I went there and was treated beautifully. I was told by another place that I needed a windshield wiper motor. Well, I did not. All I needed was to have a screw tightened so what I had already spent $170 dollars on I didn't need to spend anything on it Move forward outside of my wiper blades which I got the day before. An employee from Goodyear even went over to AutoZone with me to make sure that I got my money back on the windshield wiper motor that I have already purchased when in reality I didn't need one Thank you Tomball Goodyear. I will use you for all of my car needs. Knowing that you can find somebody that you can trust means the world because I will recommend them to everybody I know!

I have been bringing my wife’s and my kids cars along with mine here for over 6 years. Joe and Gerardo have always been honest and transparent with what is needed. I feel Safe sending my wife and kids up there knowing they will be taken care of! Solid job gentlemen! Oil change prices are better here as well and they use better oil. Friendly tip!
