Donnie helped me with my storage needs majorly! I got a better rate than my last storage company and I'm thrilled. Donnie has a great customer service and so very helpful. I'm so glad I switched over to Tomball Lock!

Went to retrieve my things and found that my lock had been removed and things taken. The manager knew nothing but explained there were thefts recently. We were not notified if this event and advised to come check our unit. We will be pursuing legal action for failure to provide adequate security and failure to notify tenants of possible theft.
