I have now rented to spots for trail parking and Kizzy helped me with both of them. She was very kind as well as fast and efficient at getting everything done and read for me to park my trailers there.

I have been here one year and two break ins have happened. The insurance doesn’t pay at all.
They turned off the a/c in my a/c unit. Which they charge more for.
They have locked me out of my unit.
This place has been a nightmare.
Please look elsewhere.

I am trying to get in touch with office manager to get couple of warehouses for past 3 days. The office is always closed. Cannot leave a voice mail since the message box is full. How the heck to customers contact with a human and use the premises for storage?

As a new customer at Oakwood Storage, I found the facility to be very well maintained and reasonably priced. The video surveillance and secure access is also a big plus. The staff was wonderful in helping select the right size unit to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Oakwood Storage to anyone looking for a facility in The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball or Magnolia area.
