No one watches the units..its a free for all..mine was broken into already..1st month..homeless people living in the units.. no cameras.. no money cares.. after my unit was broken into, I didn't get anything because the insurance they make you buy wants pictures of every item stolen... terrible..

Have to supply your own lock.. no one to physically talk to..everything is remote.. hope security is good.. had to sweep leaves out before moving in..
Update 04-19-25: Unit already broken into.. they cut 2 pad locks off and rummaged threw our unit and stole items..dealing with the insurance now that is required :( is there camera footage? And it says there is a gate code? Where? Anyone can come and go..I was informed by the police in Tomball, that the cameras Do Not Work.. no key codes like it says on yhe website....this storage is open to the public..anyone can come and go and cut locks and steal your belongings.. no one is there to watch who comes and goes..
