Outstanding customer service. ALL employees are very friendly and attentive. They are VERY good at what they do. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. interior is gorgeous and very clean and tidy.

Had been trying a few new places to get my nails done at since I moved back to the area and hadn’t had much luck. Found this place on google maps and saw some after photos and chose to go too it on my way home from work. So glad that I did because they did an amazing job! I showed an inspiration photo as an example and they got it spot on! Will definitely be coming back!

The chair I was sitting in had a malfunction and did not work. The tech would not let me change seats for some reason so it made for an uncomfortable pedicure. I ended up having them just turn the chair completely off and unplug it.

I moved to TX 2023 and was searching for the perfect spot to get my nails done, I found a place initially and my nails were constantly breaking and it was very frustrating, I eventually moved to Tomball and did a walk in at Tommy nails, they were very accommodating, I do not have broken nail issues anymore, my nails are super healthy. Hannah and her team are the best, I will be driving 45 mins in the next few mths just to get her to do my nails. Stop by today you will not regret it! I added a pic of my 2 week tips.

I have been coming here since 2017 and I live an hour away. I have tried several nail places in the area where I reside, and no one compares to the service Tommy and Hannah give. They do excellent work, and their place is very clean.

Won’t be returning to tommy nails after this. Was waiting for my toes to dry when i noticed a black spec on my big toe & then asked for it to be fixed. He then wiped the polish basically off and instead of redoing my toe she just painted it like this. This looks ugly, then basically shoved us to the front. Her hand was literally on my back as I am walking to the front to pay.

Outstanding nail salon in the heart of Tomball! Service was prompt, painless, and performed with excellent quality. Moreover, we were worked in the same day that I called for the appointment. My daughter was able to get the designs she wanted on her nails exactly the way she wanted it. Personnel here are very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. My daughter and I are very excited to have a new quality nail salon that we can come to regularly!!
