“Friday (2025-06-20), these guys hauled a scissor lift that I bought at an auction from the auction site to my warehouse. They were probably a 2 or 3 on the normal people showing up on time thing, but that probably means they are like a 7 or 8 (on a scale of 0-5) star rating on the tow truck driver scale. Tow truck drivers are notoriously late. Google it on Brave and you'll see. I'm bumping them up to a 4 star because the driver was so freaking cool. Once he was on site, he made everything easy. He gave me good advice. He pointed out something that the auction house was screwing me over on and I was able to correct it. He was just simply amazing. It's been a few days, and I'm bad with names, but if the owners are reading this. I think his name was Roy, and he was freaking awesome and I will use you guys for all my towing needs in the Houston area from now on.”
