I’ve been working with Cindy Garcia for over 4 years now, and she has been hands down the best property manager I’ve ever had. Cindy goes above and beyond — she’s responsive, professional, and truly cares about her clients. Her communication is excellent; she always keeps me in the loop and often works outside of normal business hours just to make sure everything is handled smoothly.
Cindy also helped me sell my home, and she made the process seamless from start to finish. She worked quickly to get it ready to list, marketed it well, and made sure I got a fair price while also closing fast.
Whether it’s long-term rental management or selling a property, I have full trust in Cindy. She consistently proves that she has my best interest in mind and always works hard to take care of everything. I can’t recommend her enough!

Cindy Garcia is a 15 out of 10! She is truly exceptional. Cindy was referred to me by another realtor. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and what she taught me in the process of being a first time homeowner. Through it all she was so positive and always motivated me not to give up. Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unresponsive

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this company, as well as with the leasing agent assigned to a home we were interested in. The agent failed to answer questions, was unpleasant to communicate with, and completely neglected multiple applicants who submitted applications through their site. None of them received any follow-up or status updates.
We had serious prospective tenants—including one whose current lease was about to end—ready and eager to move into what seemed like a great home. Despite this, the office and the agent offered no assistance or communication. The home is still listed as available, yet no one has received any acknowledgment or response, which is both unprofessional and inconsiderate.
This experience has raised serious concerns, including whether discriminatory practices may be involved. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as this has been the most frustrating and disheartening first attempt at leasing a home. This company’s lack of basic respect and transparency is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

If Tramco is the property management company for a property you are considering leasing, move on to another property. Save yourself some headaches. Trust me. You’ll thank me later. 👎🏼

Reached out today to view the Zillow contact form. The agent’s name listed was Jena but I got a text from a Jovena. Jovena needs to retire immediately. She clearly hates her job. She is refusing to show me the house because I will not hire her as my realtor. You can see from other reviews that she has done this before. I will be perusing legal action on her and reporting her as this breaks fair housing laws and is discriminatory. She can’t keep doing this to people.

I reached out to them because they manage a house I was interested in renting. The agent that responded to me is named jovena. She has the worst attitude ever. She didn’t want to show me the house and talked to me like I was stupid. She chose the wrong career. She should be working somewhere that doesn’t involve talking to people. Just be careful if she’s your agent.

Owner Beware! Tramco reality is one of the worst management companies in Houston, TX. Owner’s of properties do not use them as your management company. They never respond in a timely manner for emergencies as well as never call when asked. I was a loyal tenant for 3 years at one of their 3rd party mananaged homes. I even wanted to purchase the home as it was for sale during lease and they didn’t even bother to contact me. (Bad business) owners beware! They do not know real estate and will continue to state things that are not accurate or give you false hope. Kacey Valley, does not work well as a manager for owners and their tenants, he needs to do business better.

Cindy at TRAMCO was the property manager for a house we were renting and we had a great experience working with her! She was always good at keeping us informed about changes in the neighborhood/HOA updates, and always responded quickly to maintenance requests. She was great to work with from the day we moved in, to the day we moved out.

Cindy has a phenomenal skill set with her real estate knowledge and expertise, she hasn’t lost her human touch. Her ability to resolve issues promptly, while being accessible puts her far beyond management companies I have dealt with in past, where you just a resident. She is professional, courteous, experienced and fair minded. I would highly recommend her for real estate sales or property management. She knows how to get the job done with results that creates win-wins (when possible ) for all parties involved.

Rochelle Garcia showed me a house last week. We discussed everything pertaining to my finances. I even offered 6 month's up front due to down-sizing after my spouse passed in Dec. 2022.She said she would get back with me. She actually never did. I called her and sent text's. I asked her to let me know something whether it was a yes are no answer. I had to make all efforts of communication and then she ghosted me.I do not recommend using Rochelle due to lack of communication and follow-up.
