I bought a few houses in my life and this is by far the best lending experience I’ve ever had. It was easy process great communication. By far, the lowest interest rate compared to other lenders. I will use Triumph again.

Mark and his team were excellent. They were highly communicative and on top of every step of the process. They were always quick to respond to any questions from myself or my realtor and ensured they were never slowing down the process. We funded/closed at our title office in ~15 minutes which is unheard of (we were not an all cash deal either). Will work with them again.

We shopped around a lot for a good rate and reasonable fees. Alec Barainca of Triumph Lending was very responsive, accurate in his assessment of the every changing rates and explained things with respect. He adjusted well to us having to change our closing date. We will be using him on future mortgage loan needs. I highly recommend him and his team.

Mark and the Triumph Lending team truly demonstrated their integrity and commitment to our best interests during our homebuying process. At one point, Mark even advised us to consider a slightly better counteroffer from the builder’s lender, as Triumph’s competitive rate had prompted them to lower theirs. He genuinely expressed satisfaction in helping us secure a better deal, even if it meant not working with Triumph. This selflessness showed us that Mark isn’t just focused on closing a sale—he’s passionate about his work and prioritizes his clients’ needs. In contrast, the builder’s lender pressured us to stay with them, which Mark informed us was a potential RESPA violation, as we hadn’t signed any exclusivity agreement and buyers are free to shop for the best rates. This experience solidified our trust in Mark and Triumph, proving they’re a team that values honesty and fairness above all.

Mark with Triumph helped us get a loan perfect for our needs and so fast that our heads are still spinning. I'm writing this review sitting in my new home living room 5 weeks after my first phone call.
