I know its just a matter of principles but not disclosing charges regardless of the amount is fraud. Dishonest and the in my opinion the smaller the amount the lower you are. It just shows you don't expect people to react to your bad business. I reserved a trailer for 24hrs, 10am to 10am. I was onsite a little after 9am and she was verifying I would return the trailer at 10am and I said "I'll be done tonight by 10pm. What is the earliest I can drop it off?" seems simple enough... I was told that some people chose to drop off the trailer to the lot outside the fence, and that I am welcome to do so as well. I did not find out until the next day I was charged a "Convince fee" for doing so. Charge what you want and I would most likely have happily paid this fee. but do not pretend to do me a favor and charge me without telling me... it's bad business. If you cant be honest you shouldn't be in business. I left a message on their follow up system after the return and that they have chosen to ignore it. So here we are as I hope to discourage all from giving their money to a dishonest business. I would be less offended if it were more money. At least then I could understand the reason.

Reserved a truck to have for this Friday and Saturday and on Thursday morning the gave my reservation away! Beyond unprofessional and ridiculous. I will be sure to let every one of the tenants in our building know how unprofessional this specific store. They are not reliable at all.

Outstanding! The front office woman was not only extremely pleasant to deal with but also gave helpful advice on towing a heavy trailer and getting it out safely with out taking out the entire front gate and fence. Thanks for all your help.

DO NOT USE 24/7 PICKUP. I showed up at 5 AM to pickup the truck according to my reservation. The first issue was that the app was not allowing me to pick-up, even though it was approximately 5:10 when I got there. I called customer service and was informed that the reason the app wouldn't let me pick up was because they didn't have any 17' trucks. The customer service lady on the phone was great and helped switch the truck to one that I could immediately pick up. Unfortunately, the issues were not over. Once I could start the pickup process, I had to take a photo of my ID and submit it. After three tries, it finally went. Then, you have to provide at least two additional contacts or a photo of your passport or a copy of your residential lease agreement. NONE OF THIS WAS TOLD TO ME PRIOR (I EVEN WENT BACK AND CHECKED THE EMAILS). So, at 5:45 AM, I had to call several people to ask them to use their number to put into the app. And yes, they call them to verify so you can't just put in a b.s. number. Finally, an hour and ten minutes after arriving, I was finally able to drive off. All of these administrative issues can be done the day prior. What if I was picking up the truck at 2 AM? Nobody would be available to answer the phone to serve as my additional contact. Similarly, how was I supposed to get a copy of my lease or passport when I was never informed I would have to do this step? This was a second chance for Uhaul from me because of my terrible experience two years ago. This will be my last time using your services.

This is a mixed review. In one hand the service I got from this specific U-Haul location was OUTSTANDING!!! My kudos to them, if it were not for them I would have failed in getting my truck today. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and call them or go see them directly, you will not be disappointed. On the other hand I have to evaluate U-Haul as a corporation as one of the worst online services I've seen in a while. Their automated way to retrieve vehicles doesn't work at all and their customer service has the slowest and rudest personnel I've seen. Again do not trust on U-Haul automated phone car retrieval but go directly to your local neighborhood dealer.

We rented 2 spaces and one of the spaces we could not get into because the secondary security lock was not functioning and it took their maintenance staff 10 days to make it work. The did give us a month free rent in that unit but that was still an inconvenience for us since we made a trip their to open it and could not gain entrance.

Shocked. Was greeted with a screech to close the door by a truely horrible/decrepit/snarling "woman". Came in to pickup a reservation that my pregnant wife made online under her credit card. The woman threw the card back at me and stated "she's gonna hafta get her &@+ down here if you gonn rent, I ain't loosing my license". I felt there must be some confusion so after explaining she responded with "I don't give a #%*> and you can get the hell on outta here". Thrown back by her service I conceded that I can just use my credit card in which her response was, "I don't need your business, I got 1000's of customers, *%#@ you."
