Do not bring your phone here. They refuse to do any manufacturer warranty repairs because of a piece of dust on the phone and when you send it to the manufacturer there is no problem getting it fixed. This has happened four times now. It is a waste of time to come to the store. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your phone here.

I had an urgent issue with my cell phone that needed to be addressed fast so that I could trade the phone in for a new one. Zak at uBreakiFix in Tomball, TX took care of the issue with no questions asked and got the phone back to normal. Great, quick service. I recommend him and the business for any cell phone repair needs — before trying any other option first.

Attempted to bring my daughter’s Mac book in for a diagnostic and repair. Employee was unable to answer simple questions such as how much a diagnostic was. When quoted $32, attempted to give employee $35 cash and smoke erupted from his ears and gears ground to a halt. He stated he did not have enough for change….. and proceeded to stare at his phone. Look, new gen is what it is. Just off putting for me to trust.
