I needed to return something I bought from Amazon and after reading the reviews, I was prepared to buy a box, some tape and a label (even though I brought all of my own stuff) but was pleasantly surprised that the workers just took it exactly the way I dropped it off. I didn't have to buy anything or change out the box. I packed it in the original box that Amazon delivered it in and had printed out my own label. I just had to set it on the weight scale and then the worker printed out a return-label-receipt, politely handed it to me and then it was over. No hassle at all! It was really quick and simple. Literally only took a minute once I was up at the counter.

Rude customer service today. I brought in a couple Amazon returns. During both visits the employees were impolite and displayed a strange, superior attitude, not at all consistent with good customer service. During the second visit, I tried to drop off two boxed items and the employee, in a very condescending tone said “these need to be in a box.” I was totally confused by that, since they were both in boxes. She said the boxes I was using were merchandise boxes, not shipping boxes. However, the boxes were the same boxes the items were originally shipped in and one still had the shipping label affixed. Ridiculous attitude. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

Went to the store this afternoon at 12:26 PM. Asked to buy a box and went to pay for it - the girl who handled customer service told me I could not in a very rude way - she talked down to me like I was an idiot. One of the craziest customer service interactions I have had in a while.

I'm seeing a lot of negative service reviews... I visit this store a lot for my Amazon returns and I have to give a shout out to this wonderful girl who is so friendly every time. (I think her name is Sierra?) If anyone is having any trouble, try her.

They always answer the phone. Good people and I met the owner wow he’s a good guy! And open on Sundays that’s it amazing. Printing shipping returns even Amazon returns everything. Good prices

There are very rude girls that working there. they are so lazy, not welcome or respect customers. well if they hate their job, or not getting enough pay, why they don't quit and find another job!

I just left this location and wanted to share that the manager on duty reprimanded a young employee twice right in front of me and several other customers. She rudely interrupted the employee who was working with me twice to ask her questions and then went on to criticize her in front of us. That made me very uncomfortable, and that is not professional or how employees should be treated. I would give zero stars if I could and it is all a reflection on the manager. I will not return to this location and support this kind of practice. The manager should be reprimanded for her behavior. She should pull the employee aside and handle this privately.

The worst customer service ever. Rude and unwelcoming. I had to remind her of manners and told her thank you after our transaction, she never uttered a you are welcome, shameful. This caliber of person should not represent a company says a lot . Needless to say that will be my last time visiting this location.

Really rude girls that work there. No hello, no welcome. Stink faces on their face. Find another job if you don’t like working there. I’m sure there are many people out there that would love your job. It cost nothing to say hello to people.
