I had a really obscure international shipping question that I haven’t been able to answer online. I went to the store and they didn’t directly know the answer but they used their personal phone to call someone who might AND THEY DID. Thank you so much for the great service.

Please update your time on google. You are clearly NOT open on Sundays and that’s ok if I wasted gas thinking you were actually open until 3 as it stated on google.

I visited this location for the first time. The guys are very helpful and friendly. They are very qualified and they handle the clients in a very professional manner. I had three packages to mail and the recipient wanted them all together in a box, I went to this UPS store and the guy offered to take care of this issue and resolve it for me. Thank You.

Holiday hours say open until 3pm cst. Arrive at 12:44pm cst and office locked up. I called to make sure and no one answered the phone. I sat in my car thinking maybe they were at lunch and watched person after person attempt to go inside the locked door. On behalf of all the frustrated people and myself I thought a review was in order. Unacceptable.

Do not go here! There's an Indian American male in his 20s who is not professional at all. He lied about other UPS stores charging for certain things and claimed that his store only charges a smaller fee. That is completely false! I have been going to other UPS stores for years and have never paid for Amazon returns. Not only that, but many other UPS stores I've been to have never charged for Amazon returns either. I only went to this store because the other one was closed today. Oh, and wait, he even had the audacity to ask why I didn't go to the other store, even though I told him that Amazon's return policy states that returns are free at UPS stores. But that's not the worst part. That kid even tried to charge me $2 for a shipping label. I am reporting this to the BBB and the FTC.
