They know the air machine it’s not working but they still don’t warn people about it. Is a “out of order” sign too much?? I paid for nothing and they don’t even refund you. You have to call to the air machine company

Usually this place is a pretty cool place to go to. Prices are competitive and the staff is generally pretty decent. However when your employees are posted up at the register and are more concerned about what is going on on their phone than even looking up and acknowledging the customers there is a problem. And then they don't even bother saying hello how are you today, and give you a look of contempt because you're bothering them and they have to stop what they're doing on their phones to serve you, I've got an issue with this. What is it going to take for employers to hire decent people and not warm bodies and hold accountable the absolutely horrendous behavior from their employees?
