Our totally experience was horrible. We just pulled our application and took our loss on the application fee. They never answer the phone, rudeness when we’re trying to get answers or see where they were on our application, and incompetence when it comes to business in general. They just got new management, but they need to replace them too period.

Decent place to live. Theres a lack of communication with the apartment complex and the towers. And they won’t wave fees for you . Last year living here for sure . They just want your money

I recently moved into these apartments last minute and Mr Jose Vanegas and Ms Chascidee Taiague were so helpful and informative with the whole process. They answered all my questions and made this whole move such a breeze. On top of the prices being so reasonable and the beautiful floor plans and pool, it’s been a great experience especially for my first apartment. Thank you Jose and Chascidee for everything you do! Love it here🥰

So I’ve been here about a year, and aside from new owners I’ve had no issues. I like my apartment fine. Just renewed in fact. I’m not sure what her name is but the girl in the office is super helpful. To each his own but they get thumbs up from me for what’s worth.

honestly pretty decent apartments. i did have a roach and flea problem when i first moved in. and the walls are super thin u can hear everything which is my biggest issue. and the washer and dryer are outside in ur patio which is a little annoying. also parking can be a pain if u get home a little later in the night. overall they’re ok but definitely need to be more affordable at least by a couple hundred

Been living here for almost a month now and it has been amazing for my fiancé and I. We have two big dogs, so coming into this we were thinking about them. We were able to get a unit with a yard and they love it! The front office is so nice, we worked with a few different people during our process but Shamra and Jose definitely stood out to us. Shamra was so out going and bubbly she makes it hard not to be smiling ear to ear. The only complaint that we’ve had so far is sometimes trash doesn’t get picked up, and the gate isn’t always shut, but so far everything else is wonderful. Haven’t met too many of our neighbors but in the passing everyone is so nice. I do wish some people would pay attention to when their dogs are barking a little too much but at the end of the day they’re dogs and it’s what they do and we more than understand that!

i moved here about 1 month ago and all i can say is it’s great! i love how friendly the staff is especially shamra! she is honestly one of the best leasing agents i have ever met! she is super sweet and super funny i enjoy visiting her on my way home she is very thoughtful and helped me choose my apartment that was the perfect fit for me! i look forward to all the days i get to spend at these beautiful apartments thank you shamra!

I just left from getting a tour at these beautiful apartments with Shamra & all I can say is that she is the absolute best!!!! Her personality & energy is top tier. I will definitely think I will be leasing here. Shamra gave us all the information we needed & we had an overall great experience with her. :)

I know my rights, I know what rights I have as a resident of the residence, I want to note that this Saturday, May 10, while I was at the pool sharing the birthday of my father with NEIGHBORS, a police officer, sent by the new manager, came to call our attention, pointing out that there are only two guests per resident, and since we were not breaking any rules such as not having more than two guests per person, we continued there having a barbecue to celebrate. A few minutes later, the same officer came with due respect towards us to inform that we had to leave the pool because the new manager was ordering it and that they would close the place. We all feel the same confusion. Since when signing the contract we are informed that all areas such as the pool, the gym, and the pet parks are public domain, the pool until a certain time, until 10 pm, and the rule of 2 people per resident, my family and neighbors that were in my group did not break any of the rules, and we feel it at the same time as a racist act, if you have the opportunity, do not rent here, I have already had other problems such as car and tire theft, it’s not a safe place, much less do I plan to renew the contract here, I will never support a relationship with people who abuse their power to harm whoever they want.

If I could give it a zero I would. Please do your self a favor and read all the reviews before even thinking to lease. From faulty electrical work, sketchy people coming in and out due to gates always being broken. Cars being left on bricks, broken into. Cars speeding through almost hitting kids and pets. Drunk people all days of the week in common areas. List can go on and on oh and no need of an air freshener apartment comes with the refreshing smell of marijuana.

I am excited and looking forward to living here . Reyna was extremely nice during tour process and after some miscommunication with my original lease, Angelica was extremely professional and helpful in setting things right! I love the kitchen space and private backyard .

Avoid like the plague. Management lets residents dogs bark way into the night and do nothing about it. Plus they have a contract with a towing company to tow quest cars away as a way to leach more money off their resident. Find another apartment complex at all cost.
