I bought 2 escobars from this place, lemon drops and sun kissed. The second one tasted had burning taste. I went back to get it exchanged and I was told that they can’t exchange it and I will have to buy one. It’s like they force you to use the bad product they sold. I have been to other smoke shops and they are always willing to replace the faulty vapes. Never going back there again.

Not only are they overpriced, but I’ve been coming here for years since before the shop was renamed and the few times I’ve bought defective merchandise they would not exchange it. They just lost a customer for life. Don’t go here. Worst evil corporate smoke shop in Houston. Take your business to Vapenout or any gas station that sells disposable vapes if you like the popular ones. I was met with the worst customer service I have ever encountered by any one I have ever ever seen, I have cerebral palsy and bc of that she denied my device simply bc was I couldn't walk like a normal person I felt very discriminated to the point I didn't want to spend any money there and probably will never be going back, I couldn't get her name but she was a white Female with brown her and I do not recommend going there for it was by far the worse service I have ever encountered anywhere and I used to enjoy that place went there for years w no problems but never again she has lost my business and I've spend over 500$ dollars there's possible even more

Definitely my “go to” vape store. The people are knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable. They will help you find exactly what you need. Large variety of vaping and CBD merchandise. 5 star rating.

The only store I will go too! Chunk is the reason why. He always has the best suggestion and never makes you feel like you gotta be in and out when your there he supper cool and sweet. The store has its Vibe because of his personality. Love all the great options and Cool stuff they have.
